It is below the £20 standard withdrawal threshold, but clause 7.3 says a customer with a lower balance can contact support to withdraw the full balance. It does not require the player to deposit another £8 or gamble until the amount changes. Now suppose the account has £32 cash. A £20 withdrawal would leave £12, whereas a request for the whole available balance avoids creating that remainder. Verification and the receiving-method rules still apply; neither example predicts approval, charges or arrival time. Keep promotional credit separate. A £12 cash amount plus a £10 unconverted bonus is not automatically £22 that can be withdrawn. This is a per-result award condition. It is not a £250,000 weekly withdrawal allowance and does not establish the maximum win of every individual game.
