## The short answer

Slots Temple’s www.slotstemple.com domain was Active under Digital Division Ltd’s GB casino permission, account 58086, at our 4 November 2026 check. Its UK terms classify customer funds as Not Protected in insolvency. Demo credits, tournament points and cash prizes also need to be distinguished before deciding what can be withdrawn.

Original explanation of the UK product distinction, checked 4 November 2026. Tournament entry, scoring, prizes and withdrawal eligibility depend on the specific event and account rules.

## Which business and website are covered by the GB licence?

The Gambling Commission’s account 58086 lists Digital Division Ltd’s Remote Casino permission as Active. The separate domain record lists www.slotstemple.com as Active. The Slots Temple UK contract names Digital Division Ltd as the operator of the website and its tournaments.

The register also displays a pending linked-software application or variation. That is a different row from the active casino permission: describing the whole business as merely awaiting a casino licence would misread the record.

Check the full address before following a link or providing personal details. A similar name, a copied logo or a page describing a casino does not establish that it is the domain attached to this permission. Our [licence guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/how-to-check-casino-licence/index.md) shows how to match the operator, address and relevant activity.

## Is Slots Temple a demo site, a tournament site or a real-money casino?

Its UK terms cover all three uses. That matters because a play-money balance, a leaderboard score and a cash balance have different meanings. A large figure on a demo screen is not evidence that the operator owes you that amount.

| Part of the site | What the numbers mean | What to check |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Demo slots | Virtual credits used to explore a game. | The rules and game version; demo credits are not withdrawable cash. |
| Free or paid tournaments | A competition result and any prize defined by that event. | Entry cost, scoring, finishing time, prize allocation and eligibility. |
| Real-money games | Money staked and game returns under the game and account terms. | Total cost, cash balance, verification and withdrawal route. |

The tournament guide describes both Challenge and Risk formats. Challenge tournaments use a set number of spins and a fixed bet level; Risk tournaments use a starting credit balance and have different stopping and scoring rules. Do not transfer one format’s scoring example to every competition.

Before entering, read the individual tournament’s information. A leaderboard score is used to establish placing; it is not itself a pound amount to cash out. An advertised cash prize has its own eligibility and account conditions. Our [demo comparison](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/demo-slots-vs-real-money-play/index.md) explains why play-money results also cannot establish what a cash session will return.

## What does the Not Protected disclosure mean?

Clause 2.3.3 of the UK terms says customer funds are held in an independent account and identifies the arrangement as Not Protected. The independent-account wording should not be rewritten as a guarantee that money is protected if the business fails.

The Commission’s ratings guidance distinguishes keeping customer money separate from protecting it in insolvency. Under the segregated but not protected category, money is held outside ordinary business accounts but can still form part of the business’s assets in insolvency. The operator applies and discloses its category; the Commission has not endorsed an individual balance.

This disclosure and an active casino permission answer different questions. It is possible for a licensed service to use the minimum segregation arrangement without higher insolvency protection. It is also a separate issue from whether a particular withdrawal satisfies the account terms. We have not audited the accounts or tested a payment.

## How do Slots Temple withdrawals work?

The UK withdrawal help lists a UK-issued debit card, a £10 minimum withdrawal and a card in the customer’s own name. Where a deposit has already been made, it directs withdrawals to that same card. The account’s Withdraw screen determines the routes available to a particular customer.

| Stage | Published description | What it does not establish |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Request | Submit through the account using an eligible own-name route. | No public universal maximum withdrawal cap was verified. |
| Operator processing | Instant to 24 hours, subject to security checks; allow up to 24 hours. | Not a promise that every request is approved instantly. |
| Receiving provider | Allow a further 0–3 banking days after processing. | Not the same clock as the operator’s approval stage. |

The help article calls a request pending at first and settled once the payment team has processed it. A settled status therefore does not necessarily mean the bank has already added the funds. Retain the reference and check both the operator status and receiving account before treating a payment as missing.

The real-money slots page says the operator charges no banking fees. We did not verify a comprehensive independent fee schedule or a universal withdrawal maximum. A receiving provider’s conditions are a separate question. Do not infer a [deposit minimum](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/casino-minimum-deposits-and-withdrawals/index.md) from the £10 withdrawal figure.

If an eligible cash prize or other withdrawable balance is below the listed minimum, ask support how that balance can be returned without a further deposit. Read the specific prize conditions first; do not assume adding money or playing more is the only route.

## Which account conditions deserve attention?

The UK terms require payments from a source in your own name and prohibit credit-card deposits, including credit-funded e-wallet payments. Identity and other account checks can apply; a free-entry tournament is not an exemption from the eligibility rules. Existing account holders must not open another account to enter a competition again.

The dormant-account clause distinguishes inactivity from a fee. It defines dormancy after 12 months without activity and says there is no dormancy fee, while retaining the right to withdraw. It also says security checks can apply when a dormant account is used again.

A separate clause covers cash prizes from free-entry tournaments left untouched for 30 months without account activity. It describes contact through at least two channels and an attempted payment to a verified method before removal; if those attempts fail, the stated destination is BetKnowMoreUK. The contract gives one month after removal to reclaim the money through support. That is a specific unclaimed-prize provision, not a general monthly charge on every balance.

## What did the regulatory-history check find?

At the 4 November check, Digital Division’s current regulatory-actions tab showed no actions recorded, and a current public-statements search did not locate a Digital Division statement. These were checks of the available register pages, not a complete lifetime compliance investigation.

That result does not prove an absence of complaints or every possible past issue. A customer-review score is also a separate kind of evidence from a permission record or the terms governing a payment. We have not converted either into a safety rating.

## How do you make a complaint, and is IBAS available?

The operator’s UK support article says to use support@slotstemple.com with the subject COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE, or its online form. Include the relevant account or game reference, dates, amounts, tournament rules where applicable and the outcome you want.

Its published process describes acknowledgement within 24 hours and assessment by a senior manager. If the matter remains unresolved after eight weeks, it describes a deadlock letter and free escalation to IBAS. The support article tells customers to obtain the deadlock email and unique reference for the independent dispute.

These are the operator’s published procedures, rather than response times we have tested. Keep copies of the complaint and final response. Our [unpaid-withdrawal guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/what-to-do-if-a-casino-will-not-pay/index.md) explains how to separate an account enquiry, a formal complaint and independent dispute resolution.

## What has this review established?

We checked public UKGC records, the UK contract and the operator’s own help on 4 November 2026. The exact-domain casino permission, funds category and published withdrawal and complaint routes are the basis of this answer. No account was opened and no game, tournament, deposit, withdrawal or support response was tested.

Before deciding whether to use the service, identify which part you mean: a demo, a particular tournament or cash play. Then read the applicable cost and prize rules, the money-protection disclosure and your available withdrawal route. A familiar slot name or a large virtual score cannot make those checks for you.

### Is Slots Temple only a free-demo website?

No. Its UK terms cover free demo games, tournaments and real-money play. Demo credits, competition points and a withdrawable cash prize are different things; read the rules for the part of the site you use.

### Are Slots Temple customer funds protected if the business becomes insolvent?

The UK contract checked on 4 November 2026 explicitly describes the customer-funds category as Not Protected. Keeping money in an independent account is not the same as higher insolvency protection.

### Does a £10 withdrawal minimum mean the minimum deposit is £10?

No. The verified £10 figure comes from the UK withdrawal article. It does not by itself establish the amount needed for a deposit or a particular tournament.

### Does settled mean my Slots Temple withdrawal is already in my bank?

The help article uses settled for a request processed by the payment team, then allows a further zero to three banking days for the provider to credit the account. It is not a measured arrival guarantee.
