## The short answer

Buzz Casino’s GB online service is operated by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, UKGC account 57594. On 2 November 2026, its remote casino activity and www.buzzcasino.com domain were Active. The linked terms match that company. Buzz Bingo and Buzz Casino accounts are treated as one account; licensing does not guarantee a payment.

Original explanation of the online and retail contract distinction in the 31 July 2026 terms. The current online permission and the linked-account condition answer separate questions.

## Which Buzz company and website are licensed?

| Check made on 2 November 2026 | Finding | Why it matters |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Online contracting party | Buzz Bingo Digital Limited; company 12838479. | The general terms use this company for Online Services. |
| GB remote casino permission | UKGC account 57594; Remote Casino: Active. | This is the online casino activity checked. |
| Exact domain | www.buzzcasino.com: Active under 57594. | Check the full address, rather than a similar name or logo. |
| Retail clubs | The terms assign Retail Services to Buzz Group Limited, account 2355. | Do not substitute the retail company’s number for the online permission. |
| Applicable general terms | Effective 31 July 2026; linked from the Buzz Casino footer. | The shared terms distinguish online, retail and supplementary club rules. |

The footer displays both UKGC account numbers. Clauses 2.1 and 3 identify which belongs to the online service. Our [licence-checking guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/how-to-check-casino-licence/index.md) shows how to match the domain, business and relevant activity when a brand belongs to a larger group.

## Can a Buzz Bingo customer open a separate Buzz Casino account?

Clause 8.4 says you may not open more than one account and expressly treats accounts held with Buzz Bingo and Buzz Casino as one Account. It also says special offers are limited to one per person unless stated otherwise. A different brand name does not, by itself, create a fresh customer relationship or welcome-offer entitlement.

If you already have a Buzz account, ask the official customer services team how the linked services apply to it. Do not open a duplicate to resolve a login problem, obtain another promotion or bypass a restriction. Exact offer eligibility must be read separately; this article does not confirm an offer for you.

The same distinction helps when reading a review: an explanation of bingo tickets, a casino slot and an account-wide condition can concern different parts of the service. Our [bonus-terms guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/how-to-read-casino-bonus-terms/index.md) explains the eligibility questions to check before accepting a promotion.

## What does Buzz’s medium protection cover?

Clauses 10.3 describe a separate Client Bank Account, money held on trust and Medium Protection under the Commission’s categories. The same section expressly says there is no guarantee that customers get their money back on insolvency.

Read the protection category and that qualification together. They concern money held if the business fails; they do not insure gambling losses or guarantee that a particular withdrawal has passed verification and payment checks.

## How long can a Buzz Casino withdrawal take?

Clause 10.2.3 says a withdrawal may take up to five Business Days to process. The terms’ definition excludes Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays. This is the published processing wording, not our tested end-to-end arrival time or a promise of instant payment.

| Condition in the general terms | How to interpret it |
| --- | --- |
| A withdrawal must be requested by the account holder. | An eligible balance is not automatically transferred to a bank. |
| Enhanced checks may precede withdrawals of £10,000 or more. | This clause sets a check trigger, not an established overall payout ceiling. |
| Payment providers can impose limits; the operator can redirect to the original funding method. | A preferred method or amount is not necessarily the final approved route. |
| Clause 11.3 generally caps winnings from one wager or gameplay transaction at £250,000, with progressive-jackpot and specifically advertised exceptions. | A winnings cap is a different measurement from a minimum, daily limit or maximum withdrawal. |

Verification and payment-ownership conditions remain relevant. The general terms list several deposit methods, but that list does not establish that every one supports withdrawals or qualifies for a particular promotion. Third-party transaction charges can also apply; do not read a deposit logo as a no-fee guarantee.

For an actual request, keep its amount, method, submission time, status and any document request together. The [withdrawal guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/why-do-casino-withdrawals-take-time/index.md) explains how to separate processing, authorisation and receipt.

## When can the £3 dormant-account fee start?

1. Clause 14.1 defines dormancy after 12 continuous months without a successful deposit, withdrawal or wager. Logging in alone is not one of the listed activities.
2. The terms describe contact efforts at least 14 days before dormant classification, an attempted return of the remaining balance and notification efforts if the return fails.
3. Under 14.4, if the account is still dormant on the first day of the calendar month after the categorisation month, the monthly administrative deduction is £3.
4. A balance below £3 is reduced to zero; an account already at £0 is not charged. Active or pending bonuses expire when the account is categorised as dormant under 14.2.

For arithmetic only, assume a £7 cash balance remains after all required start conditions have been satisfied, with no other account movements. This is not a finding about a real charge or a calendar-date prediction.

| Illustrative monthly deduction | Starting balance | Deducted | Balance left |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| First | £7 | £3 | £4 |
| Second | £4 | £3 | £1 |
| Third | £1 | £1 | £0 |

If you want the balance returned, request repayment and the charge history through official support. Do not assume you must place another wager to recover money. The [inactivity-fee guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/can-online-casinos-charge-inactivity-fees/index.md) explains the separate GB requirements on notice, reasonable charges and attempts to return funds.

## Has a Buzz business faced regulatory action?

The current Buzz Bingo Digital account 57594 actions page showed no recorded actions when checked. Separately, the Commission’s 16 December 2021 announcement records a £780,000 fine and formal warning against Buzz Group Ltd for social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures at buzzbingo.com in 2019–2020.

That historical announcement names Buzz Group, not today’s Buzz Bingo Digital account 57594 or Buzz Casino. Nor should it be recast as a retail-only case: the announcement concerned the online site at the time.

The Commission’s 2026 response about Buzz Group explains that the public register displays actions for the latest three years. A blank current tab is therefore not an all-time clearance. Historical group findings and current permission must each keep their correct company and date.

## How do you complain about the online service?

1. Use the official online customer services route shown on the linked Complaints and Disputes page. Keep the date the complaint was first received and your case references.
2. If unresolved, follow the page’s online escalation form and include the earlier reference and the outcome you want. Its club process is a separate section.
3. For an eligible unresolved gambling dispute, Buzz names IBAS. Check IBAS’s current scope and submission rules; adjudication is free, but not every general service complaint is eligible.

The terms’ 24-hour acknowledgement and the procedure’s 72-hour response targets are different from resolving the complaint. The Commission’s eight-week limit covers the entire internal process from first receipt, including escalation; an earlier final position can also permit an ADR referral. Reasonable pauses can apply if a customer does not engage with reasonable requests, after which the clock resumes.

Keep a short chronology, the relevant account transactions, the operator’s explanation and the correction you are seeking. Our [unpaid-casino guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/what-to-do-if-a-casino-will-not-pay/index.md) sets out an evidence checklist; sending the regulator a complaint is not the same as asking IBAS to adjudicate an eligible dispute.

## What remains specific to your own account?

The terms allow identity, payment-ownership and financial checks. An age check does not establish that every later request is already satisfied, and a public payment-method list is not the same as your live cashier. Use verified support for an account-specific request.

**Sources and research limits**

Checked 2 November 2026: current UKGC summary, domain and actions records; Buzz Casino’s linked general terms effective 31 July 2026; the live online complaints process; current IBAS information; and the separately dated 2021 regulatory announcement and 2026 register-retention response. The general terms were read as rendered browser text.

The complaints page also contains an obsolete EU ODR route; that platform closed 20 July 2025, so it is not given as a next step here. The terms’ broad statement about binding decisions should be read with IBAS’s own current rules, not as a promise that every decision binds both sides.

This is public-document research. No account, cashier, payment, game or support test was performed. No offer eligibility, rating, guaranteed receipt time or full method-specific limit table is confirmed.
