## The short answer

Kwiff’s GB service is provided by Kwiff Limited as named agent of Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, UKGC account 44448. On 2 November 2026, its remote casino activity and kwiff.com domain were Active. That establishes the licensing connection; it does not guarantee a withdrawal or make the account’s conditions unimportant.

Original explanation of the GB contract and permission link, checked 2 November 2026. Operating permission does not guarantee a particular payment.

## Who operates kwiff’s GB casino service?

| Check made on 2 November 2026 | Finding | How to read it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Contracting operator | GB terms A.1 name Kwiff Limited, Maltese company C77623. | The current site footer links to these corporate terms. |
| Licence holder and agent | Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, account 44448, with Kwiff Limited described as its named agent. | The contract operator and umbrella-licence holder are linked but distinct companies. |
| Relevant activity | Remote Casino: Active; licence 044448-R-323408-018. | The casino activity’s start date is 1 December 2016, separate from earlier betting/software activity. |
| Domain entries | kwiff.com and kwiffcasino.com: Active. | A similar spelling or another brand is not automatically covered. |
| Terms version | GB version 37, last updated 10 March 2025. | The version date is not the date of this licence check. |

The footer also carries a Spryme Limited copyright line. That line does not replace the contracting party named in A.1. The same corporate document mentions Ireland, but an Irish permission is not the basis for the GB finding above.

When checking a link, match its full address, operator and casino activity on the official record. Our [licence-checking guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/how-to-check-casino-licence/index.md) explains why a familiar logo or a search position is insufficient.

## What protection do the terms disclose for your balance?

Clause C.2.4 says customer funds are kept separately from business money in a customer account and that the bank has been notified they are held on trust. The stated category is medium protection. The clause also expressly says there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid if the business becomes insolvent.

This is a disclosure about money held if the operator fails. It does not refund gambling losses, certify the business’s future finances or confirm that an individual payout has passed the relevant checks.

## Does kwiff guarantee a withdrawal within 30 minutes?

No. Kwiff’s current withdrawal help says most withdrawals complete in under 30 minutes, while additional security or verification checks are aimed for within 24 hours. It separately says bank or method processing can take longer after approval. These are the operator’s estimates, not our measured payment results or a universal maximum.

| Stage | What the public information establishes |
| --- | --- |
| Request and checks | Identity, age, payment ownership and any additional verification can affect processing. |
| Approval | The help article separates this from the later bank or payment-method credit. |
| Transfer and receipt | The chosen method and receiving bank can add time. A method labelled instant does not prove every complete request is instant. |
| Unexpected delay | The help directs customers to Live Chat or email for a pending request over 24 hours or an unexpectedly late approved payment. |

The terms describe returning funds to the depositing method. If that is not possible, a supported, verified alternative in your own name can be used with additional due diligence. This is not a rule that winnings may never exceed your deposits, and it is not a promise that any alternative method will be accepted.

Retain the request reference, amount, method, status and any document request. Our [withdrawal guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/why-do-casino-withdrawals-take-time/index.md) explains how to distinguish a pending review from a transfer already sent.

## What are the minimum and fee exceptions?

Clause D.9 gives a £10 minimum withdrawal. The current payment-help page also gives £10 as the deposit and withdrawal minimum for its United Kingdom methods. That is separate from a promotion’s qualifying amount or any method-specific upper limit.

The same terms do not support an all-payments-are-free claim. D.6 permits reasonable bank or administrative charges; D.9 mentions payment-provider charges; D.10 addresses administrative costs in abnormal withdrawal circumstances, including certain changes of payment method. An applicable charge and its basis need to be identified, not assumed from a promotional headline.

The official UK payment-help section lists UK Visa/Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay connected to a UK debit card, Revolut debit cards and Pay By Bank. This is a public support list, not our observation of your cashier. A Revolut debit-card entry does not establish a separate Revolut-wallet payout route.

If a small balance or fee prevents repayment, ask official support for the applicable rule and return route rather than assuming a new deposit or more gambling is required. The [minimum-withdrawal guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/casino-minimum-deposits-and-withdrawals/index.md) separates those questions.

## When can the £5 monthly dormant-account fee apply?

1. D.12 defines the trigger as inactivity exceeding 13 consecutive months.
2. D.13 describes an email after 12 months and, for GB accounts, an attempt to return the remaining money to the last payment method before charging a fee.
3. The stated fee is £5 per month while the charging conditions continue; D.12 says deductions end on reactivation by recording a transaction, closure or a zero balance.

Read the notice wording together with the 13-month definition. A 12-month email is not by itself a statement that the fee has already become due. The terms do not provide enough detail here to promise the exact deduction date or route for a particular account.

For repayment, ask for the remaining balance and any deduction history. Do not place a wager simply to avoid a fee. Our [inactivity-fee guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/can-online-casinos-charge-inactivity-fees/index.md) explains the separate GB requirements on reasonable disclosed charges, notification and attempts to return funds.

## Does a kwiff Supercharge improve casino odds?

The GB terms draw a clear boundary. A.17 says the described Supercharge odds increases apply to sports bets, not casino wagers. A sportsbook review about enhanced football odds therefore does not establish higher slot RTP, better blackjack odds or a guaranteed casino reward.

For a casino game, use that game’s actual rules, payout basis and configuration. Our [casino-comparison guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/how-to-compare-uk-casinos/index.md) separates the operator’s account service from the rules supplied with each game.

## What do the published regulatory warnings establish?

The Commission published warnings against two personal management licence holders in 2024. It found that, in their roles at Eaton Gate Gaming, they had failed to take all reasonable steps to ensure the business complied with the relevant requirements. Charles Lee’s 30 August 2024 decision covers AML, customer interaction and marketing; Michael Goode’s 2 September 2024 warning covers AML and customer interaction. The failings concerned 2020–2021.

These are warnings against the individuals in their management roles. They should not be relabelled as a 2024 company fine or a suspension of the currently Active casino activity. The decision dates and the earlier period of failures are different facts.

The Commission also explains that current public action listings cover the latest three years. A current blank business tab cannot establish a clean all-time history, and these cited records should not be read as an exhaustive list of every earlier finding.

## How do you raise a GB complaint or dispute?

1. Use the app’s Contact/helpdesk route or help@kwiff.com. The published procedure says only complaints raised within six months of the incident will be handled; keep its first submission date and the relevant transaction references.
2. If dissatisfied, request the senior-manager escalation described in the procedure and retain the final response.
3. Kwiff names eCOGRA for eligible GB transactional disputes, free to the customer. Check the current ADR scope and time limits; not every service-quality grievance is eligible.

Kwiff’s wording measures its eight-week aim from receiving all relevant information. The Commission’s guidance measures the entire internal process, including escalation, from first receipt of the complaint. For an eligible unresolved dispute, the applicable eight-week point can permit an eCOGRA referral without waiting indefinitely for a final letter; an earlier final position can also permit ADR. Reasonable pauses may apply if the customer does not engage with reasonable requests; the clock then resumes rather than starting again.

Keep the correspondence, requested remedy and the operator’s calculation together. The [unpaid-casino guide](https://howtocasino.uk/guides/what-to-do-if-a-casino-will-not-pay/index.md) explains how to organise that evidence. No support interaction was made for this article.

## What should you still check before using the account?

Read the specific payment conditions, your account controls and the rules of the game you are considering. Being correctly licensed does not establish your personal eligibility, a live offer or the outcome of a future withdrawal.

Checked 2 November 2026: current UKGC activity and domain records; the current site footer linking to GB terms v.37 dated 10 March 2025; official payments, withdrawal and complaints help; current regulator/ADR guidance; and the specifically dated 2024 personal-licence warnings.

This is public-document research. No account, cashier, game, deposit, withdrawal or support test was performed. The payment-help estimates are attributed statements; no universal upper withdrawal limit or all-method fee table is established. The old EU ODR link in the corporate terms is not given as a current complaint route.

### Is Spryme the company named in the GB account contract?
