Which Lottomart website and contract were checked?

This Lottomart review covers the Great Britain service at lottomart.com/en-gb; the .co.uk address leads to the GB site. Both lottomart.co.uk and lottomart.com are active domain entries under UKGC account 51833. The licensee is Maple International Ventures Limited, which has active Remote Casino permission.

The contract is version 2.5, effective 30 April 2026. It names Maple, Gibraltar company 115236. Clauses 1.4–1.5 distinguish customers located in England, Wales or Scotland, served under the GB licence, from other permitted territories served under Gibraltar licensing. Do not substitute a different Loto-named company found in an unrelated review.

The separate lottomart.app domain appears as inactive on the register. That entry should not be used to describe the two checked website domains as inactive. Conversely, an app logo or familiar name does not verify an address.

Casino permission confirms the licensed activity. The current terms, player-funds provisions and operator record answer different questions about using it. Our licence guide shows how to check those records.

How does the £250,000 casino win cap apply?

Section 26 caps cumulative winnings from Games and Scratch Cards at £250,000 in one day for an account in GBP, excluding stakes. Any amount above that maximum is not payable under the clause, even if a game appears to show a larger win.

For example, hypothetical winnings of £300,000, exclusive of stake, from products covered by section 26 in one day would exceed the cap by £50,000. The section says the excess is not payable. This does not describe a progressive jackpot or predict what a player will win.

The contract also says providers may supply different RTP versions of a game. Check the actual game’s Help or Game Info for its return figure, maximum payout and rules. A headline RTP from another casino or a review’s site-wide percentage does not identify the version you are using.

What are the withdrawal rules, fees and timing?

Section 13 makes cash withdrawals conditional on cleared payments, matching payment details, completed verification and the absence of relevant legal, bonus or investigation holds. Withdrawals normally return to the original payment route in a closed loop. A request cannot be reversed after submission.

The same help article says card deposits are instant and card withdrawals can take from instant to three days depending on the bank. It expressly measures withdrawal time from approval by Lottomart. It does not state how long approval itself takes, so three days should not be presented as a guaranteed request-to-bank deadline.

This matters for a small balance. The terms provide an account-closure exception to the minimum; they do not tell you to deposit more or continue playing to reach it. Ask official support to explain the return route, amount and any reasonable fee for your balance.

If a payment is pending, keep the request reference, original route, amount, timestamps and any outstanding document request. Find out whether the hold concerns verification, operator handling or your payment provider. A card’s per-transaction limit would not replace the separate daily gaming win rule.

Are funds protected, and what happens to a dormant balance?

Clause 10.8 states that player funds are kept in a separate client-funds account and describes medium protection. The April 2026 version specifically records a change to that level. The contract also says this does not absolutely guarantee repayment.

After twelve continuous months without a valid deposit, withdrawal, bet, game wager, use of Diamonds or other purchase, the account is classed as dormant. The operator says it will attempt to refund remaining cash to an associated payment method and use reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days’ notice before dormancy.

If the account remains dormant into the next calendar month, the monthly administration fee is the greater of 2% of its cash balance or £1. A balance below £1 can be reduced to zero; a zero balance is not charged. For example, on a hypothetical £100 dormant balance, that month’s fee would be £2. On £20 it would be £1. Later fees depend on the then remaining balance.

Clause 8.6 gives a route often missing from brief reviews: if you ask for a refund of administration fees already deducted, the operator says it will process the refund, subject to the terms and its legal and regulatory obligations. Keep the deductions and your request together.

What verification and safer-gambling controls apply?

Clauses 6.8–6.10 allow checks of age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and source of funds. Examples of requested evidence include identification, proof of address or earnings and bank statements. Access, transactions or withdrawals can be restricted until checks are completed to the operator’s reasonable satisfaction.

Play Sense includes separate gross-deposit and net-loss limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. A gross-deposit allowance does not reset when you withdraw. Increasing or removing a financial limit involves a 24-hour waiting period and a further confirmation. The terms also describe participation in GAMSTOP.

These tools and checks should not be treated as proof that every customer interaction has worked correctly. The operator’s regulatory history below is relevant to that assessment.

How do the offer threshold, Diamonds and lottery products differ?

The public promotions page describes a Prize Wheel welcome offer requiring at least £10 in cash stakes on slots. That is spending on qualifying play, rather than evidence of a site-wide £10 deposit minimum. The published summary requires the wheel to be used and free spins claimed within four days; claimed spins must be played within 24 hours, with winnings credited as cash and one claim permitted.

During our check, the promotions page’s full-terms link opened a scratchcard welcome-offer article rather than the Prize Wheel rules. The complete Prize Wheel prize list and full current conditions were therefore not established, so we do not advertise a spin total or say that a deposit alone earns a particular reward. Read the correct current offer before taking part.

Diamonds are loyalty points, not ordinary withdrawable casino cash. The contract permits them for eligible purchases such as lottery bets and scratchcards, says they cannot be used for Game Wagers or withdrawn, and provides for expiry after 90 days without a qualifying transaction.

Lottomart’s lottery product generally involves betting on the results of an underlying lottery. The terms can also provide for mirrored ticket purchases or direct prize claims. Those lottery settlement, annuity and hedging provisions should not be presented as ordinary casino cashout rules.

What happened in 2025, and how can a dispute be raised?

The Gambling Commission’s 1 September 2025 decision records a £360,000 payment in lieu of a financial penalty by Maple International Ventures Limited. It found anti-money-laundering and customer-interaction failings over varying periods between June 2023 and October 2024, relating to online casino and betting activities.

The settlement is relevant operator history; the current register still showed active casino permission. Neither fact cancels the other. We do not turn the settlement into a claim about an individual customer’s withdrawal or infer that current licensing guarantees a successful payout.

Section 22 asks customers to complain promptly, within six months of the incident, by emailing support@lottomart.com and identifying the message as a complaint. It describes acknowledgement within 24 hours, internal escalation and an aim to resolve within eight weeks. The named independent route for eligible unresolved gambling disputes is IBAS, free to the customer.

For general help, the public contact page prefers email and says live-chat availability can be seen in the Support area. It does not establish continuous 24-hour live support. Save the complaint reference, dates, relevant terms, transaction evidence and final response.
