Who currently operates the checked mrgreen.co.uk service?
The current GB contract is with Blue Rock Managed Services Limited, Gibraltar company 124838. Its terms for the .co.uk website and apps, displayed as modified on 24 August 2026, name UKGC account 67740. The current help footer agrees.
| Item | Current checked record | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Gambling operator | Blue Rock Managed Services Limited | The company identified in the current gambling contract |
| Casino activity | Remote Casino: Active under 67740; shown from 2 October 2025 | The register’s activity record, not a proven consumer launch date |
| Registered domain | www.mrgreen.co.uk: White Label under 67740 | The exact current domain association |
| Brand licence | Terms name Mr Green IP Limited as brand licensor | Brand licensing and providing the gambling service are different roles |
Check the address and company in your own terms. This article concerns the GB service identified above; it does not apply the .co.uk rules to every international site bearing the Mr Green name. Our licence-checking guide explains how to verify a different domain.
Why does an older Mr Green licence show as surrendered?
The register retains separate records for different companies and domains. A surrender is meaningful, but it must remain attached to the right account.
| Account or domain | Finding on the checked record | Safe interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Mr Green Limited, 39264 | Casino and bingo shown Surrendered, ending 28 October 2024 | That company’s older activity record |
| www.mrgreen.com under 39264 | Inactive domain entry | Not the checked current .co.uk contract |
| mrgreen.co.uk under 38838 | Inactive domain entry under Virtue Fusion (Alderney) Limited | Another distinct record; not proof of the present operator |
| www.mrgreen.co.uk under 67740 | White Label domain association; active casino activity on that account | Current records agree with the Blue Rock contract |
These entries do not establish an uninterrupted transfer chain, the date a particular customer’s account moved or who owes a historic balance. We did not locate a direct official transfer notice covering an individual old account. Do not infer those details merely because a familiar brand is trading under another company.
Are funds protected if the current operator becomes insolvent?
Section 7 of the current .co.uk terms declares “Not protected – Segregation of customer funds”. It says customer funds are kept separate from company money, including money with payment processors, but are not protected in an insolvency.
Separation and insolvency protection are different safeguards. Do not turn the existence of a licensed operator or a separate account into a repayment guarantee. This disclosure concerns money still held, not the recovery of ordinary gambling losses.
What if you have an old login, balance or unresolved complaint?
- Find the old account emails and agreement: exact domain, company, dates and reference.
- Record the balance or disputed payment and save statements or transaction records.
- Use a verified official contact to ask which company is responsible and whether any transfer notice applies.
- Ask whether an old login, balance, bonus or exclusion carries over; do not assume it does.
- Keep the written answer and use the complaint route for the responsible service if the matter remains unresolved.
A current licence does not by itself prove that an old balance has migrated. Avoid sending identity documents to an unsolicited recovery service or a lookalike site. Our guide to unpaid casino withdrawals explains the records needed to distinguish a payment query from a formal dispute.
For a self-excluded account, contact the responsible operator about withdrawable funds through the appropriate support route. Do not try a different domain or new account to get around an exclusion.
Which withdrawal and complaints rules should you read now?
Use the current .co.uk agreement and cashier for a current Blue Rock account. Its real-money withdrawal provisions include verification, cleared payments and relevant regulatory or investigation restrictions. We did not test a payment-arrival time; international .com fee or timing statements are not evidence for this GB account.
Section 22 starts with the operator’s internal complaint process and names IBAS for free ADR access after that process is exhausted. For a legacy complaint, first establish which company and agreement are responsible; the current ADR clause alone does not establish jurisdiction over every historic account.
Scope of this check
Current and older register entries, directly rendered GB terms and official help were consulted on 2 November 2026. No account migration, reopening date, game, deposit, payment, support response or personal eligibility was tested. This is a dated identity answer, not a complete compliance audit or a safety rating.
Related questions
Does the 39264 surrender mean mrgreen.co.uk is currently unlicensed?
No. That surrender concerns Mr Green Limited’s older record. The checked current .co.uk service is associated with Blue Rock account 67740, whose remote casino permission is active. Keep the company, domain and date together.
Will an old Mr Green login or balance work on the current GB service?
We did not establish that. Ask the responsible operator for the applicable transfer notice and confirmation covering your account. Separate licence entries and a shared brand do not prove a specific balance or login transfer.
