Who operates Ivy Casino, and is it Grand Ivy?

This review covers ivycasino.com and the contract naming Betable Limited, company number 07080629. The Gambling Commission listed Betable’s Remote Casino activity as Active when checked. Its domain list records ivycasino.com as White Label; that domain status and the company’s casino permission are separate checks.

Name or numberWhat it identifies
Ivy Casino / ivycasino.comThe exact service covered here; operating contract with Betable Limited.
UKGC account 23328Betable Limited, the gambling operator.
Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited / account 57869The software platform supplier identified in clause 2.2, rather than the operator named in this contract.
Grand Ivy / grandivy.comA separate brand covered in our Grand Ivy review. Its operator and conditions must be checked separately.

The distinction matters when looking up complaints, customer-funds protection or withdrawal rules: a search result for Grand Ivy cannot establish Ivy’s conditions. Our Grand Ivy review covers that other service, while the licence guide shows how to match a business, activity and domain.

The checked public navigation highlights slots, Megaways and Slingo, with table and live-casino links also available. We have not counted the available games or opened game sessions. The six games eligible for the welcome reward below are a promotion restriction, not the full casino catalogue.

Are balances protected if Betable becomes insolvent?

Clause 8 says customer money is held in bank accounts separate from Betable’s corporate funds. Betable nevertheless classifies the arrangement as Not protected – segregation of customer funds. It expressly says this classification is its own assessment and should not be treated as Gambling Commission approval.

The consequence is material: if the business becomes insolvent, customer money forms part of its assets and may not be repaid. A separate account therefore does not mean your balance has insolvency protection. This concerns money held by the operator, not insurance against gambling losses.

Before leaving a positive balance unused, retain the transaction record and arrange its return if you no longer need the account. The rules for small withdrawals and dormant balances provide routes that do not require another deposit.

Is the minimum deposit £5 or £10, and which methods are documented?

The public sources disagree. Contract clause 9.3.1 states a £5 minimum deposit; the dedicated Payment Methods page states £10 and a £2,000 maximum per transaction. Neither establishes a separate GBP minimum for each method. We leave method-specific minima unknown rather than assign either general amount to every payment option.

Payment routeWhat the public text supportsQualification
Visa/Mastercard debitDeposits and withdrawals explicitly described on the payments page. The individual GBP deposit minimum is not stated.
PayPal and Trustly bank transferDeposit use appears in the FAQ; the promotions page’s payment table also describes withdrawals.Published timing is an operator description, subject to checks and provider processing.
Google PayThe FAQ describes deposits; the payment table says withdrawals are by card.A card payout is not evidence of a separate Google Pay withdrawal facility.
Pay by MobileThe FAQ describes deposits; the payment table directs withdrawals to bank transfer.Money is not described as being paid back to the phone bill.
Apple PayThe payments page names it as an option. That wording does not establish the deposit and withdrawal directions used in our comparison.

Use a payment method in your own name. The contract prohibits third-party methods, company and credit cards, including credit-card funding through an intermediary, as well as cryptocurrency and prepaid credit cards. If the amount or route shown for your method matters to your choice, establish it before depositing. An offer’s qualifying deposit is a further condition, separate from the ordinary payment minimum.

How do small withdrawals, payment routing and timing work?

The contract gives a £10 ordinary withdrawal minimum. Clause 9.3.3 allows a request below £10 through customer services via live chat, and clause 9.3.4 removes the minimum when closing the account. These exceptions remain subject to verification and payment checks. There is no need to deposit extra money merely to reach £10.

Where possible, a withdrawal returns to the last deposit method. If you can evidence that the method is no longer available, or the attempted payout fails, clause 9.4 provides for an account in your own name. A prohibited third-party deposit has a distinct refund rule involving the lawful source; it does not create a general right to nominate another person’s bank account.

The payments page describes a £10,000 maximum per withdrawal transaction. That is a transaction figure, not a guarantee that every method or account can receive that amount immediately. The contract allows method-specific limits and timeframes to be published separately.

Ivy’s FAQ reports an average withdrawal time below four hours and says more than half are processed instantly. Its promotions-page table uses typical processing times within an hour for several routes. We have not verified those averages, and they do not guarantee when an individual payment reaches a bank. Account checks and the receiving provider’s stage remain relevant.

  • Retain the request time, amount and transaction reference.
  • Ask whether the payment is awaiting a check, approved or already sent, and which payment route will receive it.
  • For a balance below £10, use the contractual manual-request or account-closure route and keep the response.

The withdrawal-timing guide explains why operator processing and receipt by a bank should be recorded separately.

What verification can delay access or a withdrawal?

Section 5 describes electronic checks and, where needed, documentary evidence for age, identity, address, financial circumstances and source of funds. Checks can continue after registration if information needs updating or the account’s activity changes. There is no universal KYC completion time in the contract.

Requested documents can include valid photographic identification, recent address proof, bank or e-wallet statements and a dated selfie. The terms generally require address documents within three months, clear originals and all document corners visible; citizen cards are not accepted. Use the operator’s authenticated document route and establish the precise outstanding requirement.

Clauses 5.3–5.5 allow holds for required checks and relevant risk triggers. They also say documents will not be requested solely to delay a withdrawal and that funds will be released promptly once checks are complete and payment is lawful. That is more useful than assuming either that every later check is improper or that registration verification prevents any further request.

How does the first-deposit cash reward work?

The dedicated welcome terms describe a 25% reward on a first deposit of at least £20, capped at £50. The reward must first be unlocked by wagering ten times its value on specified slots, then claimed in the Account section. Both the wagering and claim must be completed within 28 days of the first deposit.

For example, under those terms a qualifying £20 first deposit corresponds to a £5 reward and £50 of eligible wagering. That calculation describes the reward condition; it does not predict your remaining balance, the cost of the wagering or a profit. The reward reaches the cash balance when successfully claimed.

Only Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Wolf Gold, Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush count towards this particular offer. Other casino games do not contribute. The dedicated terms expressly allow deposits and withdrawals while the reward is active without affecting its wagering requirement.

The general contract contains inconsistent priority wording: clause 14.2.2 says promotion-specific terms prevail, while introduction clause 1.3 says the general terms prevail over a promotion, with an exception worded for sport or game rules. General clause 14.6.2 also removes unconverted bonus funds and related winnings on early withdrawal. The dedicated offer’s cash-withdrawal permission therefore needs reading alongside those conflicting clauses. If you want to withdraw before claiming the reward, retain the exact offer conditions and confirm how they will be applied. The broader promotions page also contains older 100% match and 30-times-deposit prose that conflicts with the dedicated offer.

Does Ivy Casino charge inactivity fees?

Clause 19.8 says Betable does not charge inactivity fees. An account becomes inactive after a continuous 12 months without login or gambling activity; Betable then contacts the player about regaining access and requires re-verification before reactivation.

At 24 months of inactivity, clause 19.9 says the account closes. A positive balance is returned to the last payment method where possible and lawful. If reasonable efforts to pay fail, Betable holds the funds for a later request, subject to verification and legal checks. No-fee wording does not mean an unused account stays open indefinitely.

What is the complaint process, and what does the regulator record show?

Use Ivy’s official support channels to register a complaint and retain the date it was received. Include the account identifier, disputed amount, transaction references, relevant correspondence and the outcome you want. Section 15 provides for acknowledgement within five working days and a final response within 15 working days of acknowledgement. A complex case can receive an explained extension, but the final response is due within eight weeks of receipt.

If you remain dissatisfied after the final response, or the complaint remains unresolved after eight weeks, the contract identifies free IBAS alternative dispute resolution. It requires referral within 12 months of the final response. ADR covers eligible gambling-transaction, payment and promotion disputes; it excludes unrelated service complaints and solely regulatory matters. The decision binds Betable, while your statutory rights remain.

On 3 November 2026 Betable’s UKGC action page stated that no regulatory actions had been recorded for the business. That describes the register inspected on that date, rather than proving an unblemished lifetime history or guaranteeing future conduct.

The unpaid-casino guide helps organise the evidence if a withdrawal dispute remains unresolved.

What this review checked

Public-document research checked on 3 November 2026: exact operator and domain records, Ivy’s contract, payment and FAQ pages, dedicated welcome conditions and conflicting public copy. We did not open an account, inspect a logged-in cashier, play games, contact support or test deposits and withdrawals. The contract did not display a version or effective date in the checked text.

Related questions

Is Ivy Casino the same as Grand Ivy?

No. This review covers ivycasino.com under Betable Limited, UKGC account 23328. Grand Ivy uses grandivy.com and has its own operator and terms. Search results and rules for one brand should not be applied to the other.

Can I withdraw less than £10 from Ivy Casino?

The contract allows a below-£10 request through live chat, and no minimum applies when closing the account. Routing, verification and lawful payment checks still apply; adding another deposit is not required by those exceptions.

Does Ivy Casino guarantee an instant withdrawal?

No individual arrival time is established here. Its FAQ describes an operator-reported average below four hours and a proportion processed instantly, while required checks and payment-provider processing can affect a particular request.

Is Ivy Casino’s welcome reward immediately withdrawable?

The dedicated conditions require eligible wagering and a separate claim within 28 days before the reward reaches cash. They allow deposits and withdrawals while it is active, but the general contract has conflicting bonus-withdrawal and priority wording. Confirm that treatment before relying on an early withdrawal.
