Why do Genting venues and other country pages show different information?
The online agreement identifies Skill on Net as the gambling operator. The footer separately identifies Genting Casinos UK Limited with the UK land-based operations. A recognised venue name does not establish who contracts with you online.
Genting Casinos UK Limited also has its own account, 537, with remote and non-remote activities. The distinction is therefore not simply “online licence versus venue-only licence”. For gentingcasino.com, the exact domain association checked here is under 39326.
A rest-of-world document excluding UK residents does not answer whether the separately identified GB service exists. The live GB policy we read says only players from Great Britain may play. Keep the domain, market selection and contractual company together; do not combine clauses from two market versions.
What protection does the online agreement disclose?
