Which Immortal Romance game does this explain?

This guide covers the original 243-way Immortal Romance and its four-character Chamber of Spins. The rule descriptions were checked at Heart Bingo, Virgin Games and Betano on 5 November 2026. They identify Amber’s fixed multiplier, Troy’s Vampire Bats, Michael’s Rolling Reels and Sarah’s Wild Vine.

Immortal Romance II, Immortal Romance Mega Moolah and Immortal Romance Video Bingo are separate titles. A shared character or feature name is not enough to transfer their spin counts, jackpot rules or paytable. Games Global’s dated 2024 announcement identifies Immortal Romance II as a sequel with changed features; the figures below belong to the original game.

These are public rule explanations, not a record of us opening an account or playing the game. They do not establish your installed RTP, current stake limits, maximum cash award or which features are available to a particular account.

An original help document published by Slovak operator TIPOS corroborates the four character modes. Its foreign stake limits, currency and controls are not evidence of the configuration available in Great Britain.

How do the four Chamber of Spins choices differ?

Virgin Games and Betano describe the following unlock schedule for the original game. The threshold counts entries into the Chamber, not individual base-game spins or the number of free spins completed. The available portraits in your loaded game show which choices you currently have.

CharacterPublished unlock pointStarting free spinsFeature to follow
AmberFirst Chamber entry10A fixed 5× multiplier on wins
TroyFifth Chamber entry15Vampire Bats and multiplier Wilds
MichaelTenth Chamber entry20Rolling Reels with a rising multiplier
SarahFifteenth Chamber entry25Wild Vine and Scatter-based extra spins

Sarah’s Wild Vine is a separate feature of her bonus mode. A Wild Vine symbol appearing on reel three can turn other symbols into Wilds. The cited original rules exclude Wild Vine wins from the ordinary Wild symbol’s 2× multiplier; do not apply that multiplier again to the Vine result.

Each row starts a different bonus mode. Twenty-five turns with one mechanic cannot be compared with ten turns at a fixed multiplier by counting turns alone. A comparison of expected returns would need the exact mathematics of each mode and configuration; these published descriptions do not provide it.

An unlock counter is also not a countdown to the next random trigger. Nothing in the thresholds tells you how many paid spins it will take to enter the Chamber again. There is no need to complete the menu, increase a stake or continue a session to make the current result valid.

Which modes can add more free spins?

Opening another character option and extending a bonus already in progress are different events. Heart Bingo’s detailed original-game rules expressly say that Troy and Michael cannot reactivate free spins. Amber and Sarah can receive additional spins.

Current modeCan it add free spins? How to interpret the counter
AmberReactivation is describedAdded spins extend the round. The cited GB description does not provide a complete Scatter-to-addition table for Amber.
TroyNo, in the cited original rulesA Vampire Bats effect changes the evaluation of a win; it does not add another free spin.
MichaelNo, in the cited original rulesA Rolling Reels replacement and another payout belong to the same free spin.
SarahYesTwo, three, four or five Scatters add one, two, three or four spins respectively.

Sarah’s 25 is therefore an opening allocation, not a universal final total. For example, start with 25 and complete ten turns: 15 remain. Suppose the eleventh turn contains two Scatters and awards one extra turn. The remaining count is 15 − 1 + 1 = 15. Twenty-six turns have now been awarded overall, although eleven have already been used.

That example shows why an unchanged counter need not mean an extra spin was missed. One was consumed and one was added. It is an invented sequence for checking the arithmetic, not a prediction of the next round. A different Scatter count changes the addition under Sarah’s stated rule.

How are Michael’s Rolling Reels wins added up?

Michael starts with 20 free spins. In the detailed original rules, a qualifying win is paid before its winning symbols are removed. Symbols drop into the gaps, and a further qualifying win is paid with a higher multiplier. The value increases one step at a time, up to 5×, and resets to 1× when the replacement no longer forms a win. Scatter-only wins do not start this Rolling Reels process.

Here is a hypothetical sequence within one free spin. Assume the ordinary award for each stage has already been calculated from the relevant winning combinations, before Michael’s rolling multiplier. The amounts are teaching examples, not Immortal Romance paytable entries.

Stage within the same free spinAward before the stage factorStage factorReturn for that stage
Initial qualifying result£0.401×£0.40
First winning replacement£0.252×£0.50
Second winning replacement£0.103×£0.30
Next replacement has no qualifying win£0.00Sequence ends£0.00

The total for this illustrated sequence is £0.40 + £0.50 + £0.30 = £1.20. The 3× value belongs to its stage; it is not applied again to the earlier payouts or to the £1.20 total. If the next free spin begins with an ordinary 20p award, its reset 1× factor gives 20p, rather than carrying the preceding 3× forward.

There were several payouts and replacements, but only one free spin was being resolved. Keep a count of completed free spins separately from the number of winning rolls. Read an already multiplied win display as a result, rather than multiplying it again. For comparison, our Gonzo’s Quest avalanche answer follows another game’s sequence; keep its multipliers with that game.

How should you read Amber and Troy multipliers?

Amber’s defining rule is a 5× multiplier on wins during her free spins. For an arithmetic illustration, a qualifying 40p award before that factor becomes £2. If the displayed £2 already includes the factor, applying another five would count it twice. The opening ten spins are opportunities to resolve results; they are not an extra multiplier to apply to each payout.

Troy works differently. His 15 turns use Vampire Bats that transform symbols into multiplier Wilds. Betano describes 2× or 3× symbols and a possible factor up to 6×; Heart Bingo ties the effect to qualifying non-Scatter wins. That is a rule about eligible combinations, not a flat six-times multiplier on every spin or the entire bonus.

For either mode, establish what the displayed amount already contains: the paytable award, any Wild effect and the character’s feature multiplier. Do not multiply a settled total again simply because more than one multiplier appears in an animation. The guide to Wild symbols explains why substitution and a multiplier are separate properties.

Does Wild Desire also start the Chamber of Spins?

Wild Desire is a separate random event in the base game. It can turn up to five reels Wild. The cited original rules exclude Scatters during that event and say the free-spins bonus is unavailable within it. It is not an additional route into the Chamber on the same event.

Do not treat Wild Desire, an ordinary substituting Wild, Troy’s multiplier Wilds and Sarah’s Wild Vine as one rule. They occur in different circumstances. A large field of Wilds by itself does not establish which payout formula, feature state or maximum applies.

The public descriptions do not establish how often Wild Desire will occur in your game. Nor does a run without it make a trigger due. Its name also appears in other Immortal Romance titles, so identify the full title before using these rules.

Why might a character option be locked or missing?

Start by matching the exact title and inspecting the current Chamber menu. The original unlock schedule above does not, by itself, establish whether progress follows a change of stake, a different casino, another account or a switch between demo and real-money play. Those details need the rules and saved record for the version you are using.

If an option has changed, record the title, provider label, stake setting, mode and any visible progress count before contacting the operator. Ask how that particular game stores its unlock record. Reaching a threshold in one environment is not evidence of an entitlement to the same menu in another.

A new feature becoming available does not refund the stakes used before it, convert past losses into a balance or guarantee a bonus return. If a menu question cannot be resolved from the rules, support can investigate the saved game record; further spending is not needed to document the issue.

Where can you check the original game and its version?

Heart Bingo, Virgin Games and Betano publish pages for the original title. A public listing is a place to identify the game, not confirmation that every account can launch the same configuration. Our Heart Bingo and Virgin Games reviews cover the operators and money conditions separately.

Heart Bingo distinguishes the original from Immortal Romance Mega Moolah, which adds a progressive-jackpot product, and from Video Bingo. Games Global’s separate Immortal Romance II announcement describes a sequel with changed features and character jackpots. Keep each title’s paytable and bonus instructions with that title.

For RTP, stake limits and any advertised maximum, use the information panel of the exact loaded game. This answer does not assign one universal figure to every Immortal Romance listing. A supplier name, a review headline or a result from another edition is not sufficient to identify that configuration.

What should you save if a counter or payout seems wrong?

  • The full game title, version or game ID, operator, round ID and time.
  • The selected character and the number of free spins before and after the completed result.
  • Any qualifying Scatters and the number of extra turns actually awarded.
  • For Michael, each roll’s ordinary award, multiplier and payout, followed by the reset.
  • The currency, stake and completed round history showing whether the displayed figure is a stage win or the whole bonus total.

Compare the completed history with the relevant character rule. A changing animation or a counter captured before settlement may not show the final result. If the record still does not reconcile, send it through the operator’s support and complaints process. Our game-rules guide explains what to locate before reporting a disputed result.

How many Scatters trigger Immortal Romance free spins?

The original rules described here open the Chamber of Spins with three or more Lion Door Knocker Scatters. The chosen unlocked character then determines the opening allocation and feature rules.

Does Sarah always finish with exactly 25 free spins?

No. Twenty-five is her starting allocation. In the cited original rules, two to five Scatters add one to four turns. Track turns awarded and turns still remaining separately.

Can Troy or Michael retrigger free spins?

Heart Bingo’s detailed original-game rules say neither mode can reactivate free spins. Troy’s Bats alter eligible wins, while Michael’s extra rolls resolve within a free spin.

Which Immortal Romance bonus is best?

The longest opening allocation does not establish the highest expected return. Each mode changes the rules as well as the count. The sources used here do not provide a configuration-specific mathematical comparison that would justify ranking them.

Are these the same as promotional free spins from a casino?

No. The Chamber is an in-game feature. Casino promotional spins are a separate offer with its own eligibility, stake, expiry and withdrawal conditions. A promotion does not change which original character feature a completed game round uses.
