Who operates Heart Bingo, and what does the GB register show?
Heart Bingo’s general terms, last updated on 22 June 2026, identify BV Gaming Limited, Gibraltar company 42734, as the party responsible for this account. The Heart name is licensed from Global Media Group Services Limited; the radio brand is not the gambling-account operator.
| Record checked on 5 November 2026 | What it establishes | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| BV Gaming Limited — GB account 39576 | Remote Casino permission is Active; the register dates that activity from 1 November 2014. | A guarantee about a future withdrawal or the suitability of an offer. |
| heartbingo.co.uk — domain entry | The domain is listed as White Label under that account. | That the site is inactive: White Label is the domain category, separate from the operator’s permission. |
| BV Gaming regulatory-actions page | No regulatory actions are displayed for this business in the record checked. | A certificate that every account interaction is faultless, or a clean-history statement about every related company. |
BV Gaming also operates BetVictor, but a shared operator does not make the products identical. This review uses Heart Bingo’s own contract and payment documents; our separate BetVictor review covers that service.
Which deposit and withdrawal methods are documented?
The method-specific help pages list debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay with default deposits of £5–£1,000. Individual limits may be lower. The table below separates deposits from withdrawals rather than treating a payment logo as proof of both.
| Method | Published deposit range | Published withdrawal range and conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Debit card | £5–£1,000 | £5–£30,000. The method page requires a previous deposit with that card and matching account details. |
| Apple Pay | £5–£1,000 | £5–£30,000. A supported device and a payment card registered in your own name are required; use the route available in your cashier. |
| Google Pay | £5–£1,000 | £5–£30,000. An accepted card in your own name and a supported device are required. |
| UK bank transfer | A bank-deposit route was not established in the reviewed help. | £5–£40,000. The Bankout page describes domestic UK withdrawals, not international transfers. |
These are published method limits, not a recommendation to deposit or a promise that your cashier will offer the full range. The standard £5 deposit minimum is also different from the amount required for a particular promotion. PayPal support was not established by these documents, so it is left unconfirmed here.
Use a personal payment account in your own name. If a card cannot receive a withdrawal, the debit-card help describes a bank-transfer fallback to the bank account linked to that card. Confirm the return route before relying on a wallet or card for both directions.
The separate Maximum Pay-Out policy states a £250,000 daily maximum across Casino, Live Casino and Bingo, excluding progressive-jackpot wins, which it says are paid in full. The general terms apply maximum payouts across BV Gaming brands. This is a winnings limit, distinct from the card and bank-transfer transaction ranges.
Does “within 30 minutes” mean from the withdrawal request?
No. Heart Bingo’s Withdrawing funds page describes Fast Funds arriving within 30 minutes of approval, subject to the bank supporting the service. The same page says approval can take up to 24 hours. Verification or additional checks can extend a review; the method-specific pages describe a normal bank-arrival window of 1–3 working days after release.
| Stage | Published description | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| Request and review | Card and wallet help normally allows up to 24 hours for review; more checks may take longer. | A submitted request has not necessarily been approved or sent. |
| Eligible Fast Funds delivery | Within 30 minutes after approval, according to the withdrawal policy. | This is conditional delivery timing, not a promise of a 30-minute end-to-end withdrawal. |
| Ordinary bank delivery | Method pages give 1–3 working days after approval and release. | The receiving bank and route matter; the public documents do not give one guaranteed arrival time. |
| Bank-transfer weekends | Requests on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are stated to be processed on Monday. | Working days and calendar days are different. |
For a delayed payment, ask which stage it has reached, when it was approved and released, and which route was used. Keep the request reference and any document request. A pending review and a released transfer need different follow-up; our withdrawal-timing guide explains the stages.
We compared public documents and did not make a deposit or test a withdrawal. The timing statements above are the operator’s descriptions, with their conditions preserved.
Can you withdraw less than £5, and can a fee apply?
Section 11.2 sets a standard £5 withdrawal minimum. It provides a customer-services route for a balance of at least £1 but below £5, and says balances below £1 are not processed. Ask about returning an existing balance rather than depositing extra money to reach a threshold.
The fee wording needs to be read together. Section 8.13 says Heart Bingo does not charge for deposits and withdrawals, while section 11.2 reserves a reasonable processing fee. Section 11.5 also allows a charge where an alternative payment route is necessary. The Bankout help separately describes UK bank-transfer withdrawals as free.
For example, a hypothetical £3 balance belongs in the stated support route. Before agreeing to processing, ask what charge, if any, applies and what amount would be returned. We have not established a fixed fee or an automatic charge for every withdrawal below £5.
Our minimum-deposit and withdrawal guide explains why a casino’s ordinary cashier minimum, an offer-qualifying deposit and the return of an existing balance are separate questions.
What does Heart Bingo’s high customer-funds protection mean?
Section 8.3 declares high protection through a formal independent trust account separating customer funds from BV Gaming’s affairs, with trustee or external-auditor oversight. This is the operator’s published arrangement; we have not audited the trust.
The Gambling Commission describes high protection as money being legally separate from the business and subject to independent control or checking, giving customers the best chance of recovery if the business becomes insolvent. It is an insolvency-protection category, not a promise of winning, immediate withdrawals or bank-deposit insurance.
Are the bingo and casino welcome offers interchangeable?
No. The offer terms need to identify the product, award type and qualifying play. In the APG2 slot-offer terms checked on 5 November, the qualifying first deposit and play were £10, even though ordinary card and wallet deposits start at £5. Those terms allow only one welcome offer across the bingo and casino options.
That same named offer says any winnings from its free spins are credited to the cash-withdrawable balance. The generic casino-bonus help describes locked promotional funds and wagering requirements. These statements should not be flattened into a claim that every Heart Bingo reward is either wager-free or subject to the same wagering rule.
The same APG2 terms set a separate £10,000 daily maximum for real-cash benefits from Heart Bingo bonuses or concessions, including returns on wagers made with promotional cash. The stated day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 CET. Keep that offer-level cap separate from the general £250,000 daily game-winnings limit.
Check the exact promotion reference, eligible games or rooms, award value, expiry, restrictions and treatment of winnings. Cash, bingo tickets and casino promotional credit are different. This review does not recommend a current offer or establish your personal eligibility.
The wagering-requirements guide explains the calculation when wagering actually applies. Use the named offer’s conditions to identify the calculation base first.
What can casino players establish from the public games pages?
Heart Bingo’s public catalogue includes slots, Slingo, live casino and bingo. The slots page names games such as Double Bubble, Big Bass Splash and 5 Lions Megaways alongside branded exclusives and separate jackpot versions. A familiar family name is not enough to identify the exact game rules.
The page contains differing catalogue-size statements, so we do not assign a verified total. Nor does a public listing establish account access, an installed RTP or the full current catalogue. Match the title and version, then read the rules and information panel of that specific game.
For the original 5 Lions Megaways rules, read our separate game answer. Do not transfer its settings or feature behaviour to a sequel or branded variation.
When can an inactive Heart Bingo account incur a charge?
Section 18 classifies an account as dormant after at least 396 consecutive days without a deposit, withdrawal, sports or casino bet, or bingo-ticket purchase. A zero balance is restricted without a fee. For a positive balance, the terms describe attempts to notify you and return funds, followed by a possible £5 monthly administration fee after at least 30 days from the first notification attempt.
The terms allow monthly or annual collection and describe accrual for the annual option. Ask which arrangement applies rather than assuming a single flat charge. Withdrawing your balance is a stated way to end the continuing deductions; there is no need to place a bet to deal with an old account.
Keep the notification and request a balance and fee breakdown if needed. Our inactivity-fee guide explains the wider questions to ask about notice, return attempts and the account balance.
How do you raise a withdrawal or account dispute?
The contract’s complaint route starts with Customer Services or resolution@heartbingo.co.uk. If the first response does not resolve it, sections 19.3 and 19.4 give a two-stage escalation to the complaints-management address listed in those terms. Include dates, the payment or round reference, relevant messages and the outcome you are asking for.
Section 19.5 identifies IBAS for unresolved disputes after eight weeks and asks you to obtain a referral number from Heart Bingo. The terms say the result is binding on both parties without removing the right to seek redress through the courts. A report about a licence issue and a claim for your individual money are different matters.
- Identify whether the problem is approval, bank delivery, a bonus condition, verification or a particular completed game.
- Save the applicable terms and the written reason given for any delay or deduction.
- Request the relevant payment, game or complaint reference and a written response.
- Use the formal escalation route if the explanation does not resolve the dispute.
Related questions
Is Heart Bingo the same account operator as Heart radio?
The gambling contract names BV Gaming Limited. The Heart brand is used under licence from Global Media Group Services Limited; the radio identity does not replace the named gambling-account operator.
Does White Label mean Heart Bingo is unlicensed?
No. The domain is listed as White Label under BV Gaming account 39576, while its Remote Casino permission is Active. The domain category and the operator’s permission are separate register fields.
Can I deposit £5 but need £10 for a welcome offer?
Yes. The reviewed card and wallet help gives a £5 ordinary deposit minimum; the separately checked APG2 offer required a £10 qualifying first deposit and play. A cashier minimum does not establish offer qualification.
Does Heart Bingo promise every withdrawal within 30 minutes?
No. The Fast Funds description measures eligible delivery after approval. Review, verification and receiving-bank timing are separate, and the method pages also describe ordinary arrival within 1–3 working days after release.
