What does the UK licence confirm?
The Gambling Commission lists remote Casino permission as Active for Blue Star Planet Limited, account 43173. Its domain list includes www.10bet.co.uk as Active. The operator’s own contract identifies that same company and website. These checks match the specific GB service; a similarly named site or another regional domain needs its own check.
10Bet combines sports betting, casino and live casino. This review concerns the casino service and its account terms, rather than sports odds or betting offers. The contract also contains Irish provisions: our conclusions use the Great Britain rules. If you want to repeat the identity check, follow our guide to checking a casino licence.
| Useful features in the published rules | Limits to consider |
|---|---|
| Several named payment routes have explicit £10 deposit minima. | Some withdrawal amounts conflict between parts of the same payment page. |
| The contract provides a way to recover cash below the normal withdrawal minimum. | A return may require checks, source matching and contact with support. |
| There is a published complaints route and an independent ADR provider. | A licence does not guarantee a particular payout or rule out past regulatory failings. |
Which deposit and withdrawal methods are documented?
The payment page lists the following £10 deposit minima. These are ordinary payment figures, not an amount that qualifies for a bonus. Availability still depends on your account, device and payment source.
| Method | Minimum deposit shown | Withdrawal evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard debit card | £10 | Dedicated withdrawal entry; normally return to a card used to deposit. |
| PayPal | £10 | Dedicated withdrawal entry for customers who deposited through PayPal. |
| Apple Pay | £10 | Deposit instructions confirmed; no separate withdrawal entry in the detailed list. |
| Google Pay | £10 | Deposit instructions confirmed; no separate withdrawal entry in the detailed list. |
| Skrill / Neteller | £10 each | Both have their own withdrawal entries. |
| Paysafecard | £10 | A withdrawal entry describes returning money to a Paysafecard account previously used to deposit. |
| Trustly / Pay by Bank via TrueLayer | £10 each | Both have withdrawal instructions linked to the same bank account used to deposit. |
10Bet lists its deposit and withdrawal fees as free on the payment page. That does not establish what your bank or wallet might charge. The payment account must be in your own name. Credit cards, including credit-card funding through an intermediary, are prohibited by the contract.
For Apple Pay and Google Pay, the homepage groups these with deposit and withdrawal methods, but the detailed withdrawal list does not explain either return route separately. We therefore leave their withdrawal availability unconfirmed. A debit-card payout row alone does not prove how a payment made through a phone wallet will be returned.
Ordinary bank-transfer withdrawals are also described as a fallback when a deposit method cannot receive money back. That is a different instruction from a Trustly or TrueLayer return. Compare the exact route, rather than treating every bank payment as interchangeable.
Why we do not give one universal withdrawal minimum
The public payment page gives different amounts in its method panels and its table. For example, the card panel says £10, while the table says £5. The PayPal panel says £10 minimum and £10,000 maximum; the table says £5 and £50,000. The fallback bank-transfer panel says £25 minimum, while its table says £5. We cannot establish which amount the cashier would apply.
There are other reasons to check the individual route: the Paysafecard deposit table shows a £2,000 maximum, but the accompanying instructions describe £40 per transaction. The Trustly table’s explanatory text also mentions selecting TrueLayer. Those conflicts need clarification from 10Bet; selecting the most favourable number would give you false certainty.
Before depositing, ask for the minimum, maximum and return route applicable to your chosen method. If you already have an account, save the amount and method shown for your withdrawal request. A screenshot and a dated written reply are more useful in a dispute than a headline minimum from a review.
Section 14.10 says limits apply to individual withdrawals and the number of withdrawals is not limited. That is not a promise of unlimited concurrent requests or immediate payment. A single-request limit, a bonus-winnings cap and a total cash balance are different things; our guide to casino minimum deposits and withdrawals explains the distinction.
If your cleared cash is below the minimum, section 14.2 says to contact support@10bet.co.uk to withdraw the full balance. For example, a £3.20 balance does not require another deposit merely to reach a published £5 or £10 threshold. Ask for that existing £3.20 to be returned; checks may still be needed.
How long can a 10Bet withdrawal take?
10Bet’s withdrawal help article gives up to two business days for debit cards and e-wallets, and up to three for bank transfers. The contract describes the payment-page estimates as internal payout confirmation times. A separate missing-funds article tells card customers to allow two business days after processing before tracing a payment. These statements do not support a universal minutes-to-bank promise.
| Stage | What the public guidance says |
|---|---|
| Account or document checks | Electronic checks may be sufficient. If documents need manual review, the help article gives 24–48 hours as its usual timescale. |
| 10Bet processing | The withdrawal help article gives up to two business days for cards/wallets and three for bank transfer, with weekends, holidays and checks potentially affecting timing. |
| Card payment already processed | The missing-funds article says to check whether two business days have passed since processing; support can supply an Acquirer’s Reference Number for the bank to trace it. |
These are descriptions of different stages, not a fixed total to add together for every withdrawal. Ask whether your request is awaiting checks, awaiting payment approval or already sent. That establishes which reference and explanation you need. Read why casino withdrawals take time for a fuller breakdown.
The contract permits ongoing checks, and the help centre lists identity, address and source-of-funds evidence among possible requests. It normally routes money back to the depositing source; where several financial accounts were used in the preceding three months, section 14.7 describes proportional distribution following a risk assessment. Do not add a new payment method solely to withdraw without asking support.
An expired debit card does not automatically prevent a payout. The help centre says a withdrawal can still be possible if the linked bank account remains active, and 10Bet may ask for evidence connecting them. For a processed card payment that has not arrived, ask about tracing it before submitting a second withdrawal.
What protects your money, and what is the regulatory history?
Sections 13.5–13.6 state that GB customer money is held in a separate trust account at the Gambling Commission’s medium protection level. The homepage uses broader language about cash being guaranteed. We rely on the stated contractual protection category and do not present a casino balance as an insured bank deposit or guaranteed repayment.
On 16 February 2023, the Gambling Commission announced that Blue Star Planet Limited, trading as 10Bet and operating 10bet.co.uk, would pay £620,000 as a regulatory settlement after social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. The current register’s actions tab shows no recorded actions, but the separate official announcement remains available. That empty tab cannot support a claim that the operator has never faced regulatory action.
This is historical operator evidence, alongside the current active licence. It is not a finding about your account or proof that a particular withdrawal will be refused. Both the licence status and the past settlement belong in a balanced assessment.
What happens to an inactive account or a small balance?
For GB customers, section 11 defines dormancy as 12 consecutive months without logging in. The separate Irish rule uses 13 months without gambling and should not be applied to a GB account. With a positive real-money balance, 10Bet says it will try to contact you and return the money to the last deposit method where possible.
If the account remains dormant 30 days after its first contact attempt, the stated administration fee is £5 a month. The deductions continue until the balance reaches zero, you withdraw it in full, or you log in to reactivate the account. If the balance is already zero when the account becomes dormant, it is closed without a fee.
| Illustration: £15 remains when fees start | Remaining cash |
|---|---|
| Before any administration fee | £15 |
| After the first £5 monthly fee | £10 |
| After the second £5 monthly fee | £5 |
| After the third £5 monthly fee | £0 |
This example assumes no refund, withdrawal, login or other balance movement. It starts when fees become chargeable, not on the last day you played. Withdrawing remaining cash avoids leaving it for the fee process; you do not need to gamble or make a new deposit to recover it. Our explanation of casino inactivity fees covers the general issue.
If 10Bet closes an account, section 20.5 says positive cash and casino buy-in funds are normally returned, with exceptions relating to illegal or attributable prohibited activity. During a relevant investigation, access to cash can be restricted. If the explanation or amount is disputed, ask for the specific clause and use the complaints process below.
Casino games, bonus balances and taking a break
The GB site has casino and live-casino sections alongside sports betting. Its public pages describe slots and table games, but we have not counted a signed-in library or verified a particular game’s availability. The help centre directs players to the individual game menu for RTP; there is no single RTP figure that describes every game or version on the site.
Check the actual game’s rules and paytable, including stake limits, rather than relying on a supplier’s name or a broad game count. Our guide to slot RTP explains what the percentage can and cannot tell you.
The account distinguishes real money, casino buy-in funds and bonus balances. The casino rules say the bonus accounts cannot be withdrawn directly. Section 14.4 of the general terms says withdrawing casino buy-in money forfeits casino promotions. We have not verified a current welcome offer; check the particular offer’s conditions before accepting it.
The safer-gambling policy describes deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion. It says a time-out blocks account access but remaining cash can still be requested through support. Self-exclusion is not automatically reversed when its chosen period ends. If you are already self-excluded, do not use another account or website to get around the restriction.
How do you complain or trace a disputed payment?
The dedicated complaints procedure recommends writing to resolutioncentre@10bet.co.uk, ideally from the email registered on the account. Include the amount, relevant dates, withdrawal or game references, previous replies and the outcome you want. For a game dispute, preserve the game title and round information too.
- Ask for the current payment stage, any outstanding information and the reason for a hold or disputed deduction. State clearly if you want the matter handled as a complaint.
- Keep the first complaint date and the written response. The procedure aims for acknowledgement within 24 hours; that is not a payout deadline.
- Use the current dedicated procedure: it gives eight weeks including internal review, subject to a reasonable pause for necessary information or cooperation from you. It says complexity or its own investigation alone does not justify a pause.
- An eligible unresolved dispute may go to IBAS after a final response/deadlock letter or after eight weeks allowing for a permitted pause. IBAS is free for customers and decides whether the dispute is within its remit.
The general terms also mention a possible extension for a complex complaint. That differs from the more specific published complaints procedure. Preserve both versions if timing becomes disputed and ask 10Bet to explain its position. The eight-week complaints clock should not be read as an ordinary withdrawal processing time.
What should you check before choosing 10Bet Casino?
- Match the exact 10bet.co.uk domain and Blue Star Planet licence record.
- Confirm the return method and conflicting withdrawal limits before relying on them.
- Check whether any promotion affects the cash balance you intend to withdraw.
- Set an affordable limit, or choose not to gamble. Published deposit minima are payment thresholds, not a spending recommendation.
This review is based on public operator policies, its help centre and Gambling Commission records consulted on 5 November 2026. The general terms display a 30 June 2026 update, version 36. We did not open an account, make a deposit, test games or withdrawals, contact support, or verify a live offer. The unresolved published payment amounts remain unresolved in this review.
Related questions
Is 10Bet Casino licensed for Great Britain?
Yes. The Gambling Commission lists active remote Casino permission for Blue Star Planet Limited, account 43173, and lists www.10bet.co.uk as an active domain. That confirms the named service’s permission; it does not guarantee a payout.
What is the minimum deposit at 10Bet Casino?
The payment page shows £10 for debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly and Pay by Bank via TrueLayer. It is an ordinary method minimum; a promotion can have separate requirements. Availability can be account- or device-dependent.
Can I withdraw less than the normal 10Bet minimum?
Section 14.2 says to contact support@10bet.co.uk to request the full balance if it is below the minimum. You do not need to add money merely to reach a threshold. The normal payment-page minima are inconsistent, so confirm the amount applicable to your route.
Does 10Bet charge an inactivity fee?
For GB accounts, the terms describe £5 monthly deductions if the account remains dormant 30 days after the first contact attempt following 12 months without login. 10Bet first tries to return positive real-money cash; fees stop on full withdrawal, reactivation by login or a zero balance.
