Which deposit and withdrawal methods are listed?
The public deposit table lists the eight methods below with a minimum of £10. It marks deposits as free and instant. These are published method descriptions, not a promise that every option appears for every device, bank or account. A payment method can be convenient to fund and less suitable for receiving money back.

The withdrawal table gives Instant Bank Payment a maximum of 50,000, but its footnote says 10,000. We cannot resolve that inconsistency from the page. Obtain the applicable limit before relying on this route for a larger payment; do not interpret a transaction maximum as a maximum casino win.
NetBet’s withdrawal-fee FAQ states that it does not charge withdrawal fees, regardless of the amount. Its terms separately allow bank or payment-provider charges. Below £10, contact Customer Services to request your cash balance.
How long do NetBet Casino withdrawals take?
The timing FAQ says an agent checks and validates a request within up to five hours, provided no further documents are needed. Clause 12.5 instead gives 2–48 hours for processing, except during a reasonable transaction investigation; bank clearance may add time.
The shorter help-page estimate and the broader contractual window should both remain visible. Neither establishes when money reaches your bank. Record separately when you requested the withdrawal, when NetBet approved it and when your payment provider credited it. This makes a delay easier to describe than a single claim that the withdrawal is “slow”.
Clause 12.3 limits document requests at withdrawal to information that could not reasonably have been requested earlier or is legally required then. Ask what information remains outstanding and whether the request is still under review or has already been sent. Do not make another deposit merely to try to speed up an existing payment.
- Before requesting: compare the actual cashier route with the method you used to fund the account.
- After requesting: retain the transaction reference and status, without publishing account or bank details.
- After approval: ask for the transfer reference if the receiving account has not been credited.
What does NetBet’s Medium Protection mean?
NetBet states Medium Protection for customer funds in clause 10.3. The Gambling Commission explains that this means arrangements have been made to protect customer money if the business becomes insolvent, but full repayment is not absolutely guaranteed.
That protection category answers an insolvency question. It does not tell you whether a game suits your budget, settle a disputed bet or promise a particular withdrawal time. Keep those decisions separate when comparing NetBet with another licensed casino.
Why should you check the exact bonus terms carefully?
Generic clause 13.5.3 still states a default 40x casino wagering requirement unless otherwise specified. Current Gambling Commission rules cap wagering requirements applied to bonus funds at 10 times, effective from 19 January 2026.
The generic wording conflicts with that rule. It does not establish the conditions of a particular current offer, and we do not present it as an acceptable requirement for a new GB casino bonus. Get the offer-specific terms and ask for clarification before depositing in expectation of a promotion.

What does NetBet’s regulatory record show?
On 5 November 2025, Netbet Enterprises Limited agreed a £650,000 payment in lieu of a financial penalty, with Commission costs and a public statement. The register records anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings relating to casino and betting activities over varying periods from October 2023 to July 2024.
An active licence and an enforcement record can coexist. The first tells you the current permission status; the second is relevant history about the operator’s controls. It would be misleading to turn either fact into a guarantee about the outcome of your individual account.
NetBet’s safer-gambling page distinguishes gross deposit limits from net deposit limits: withdrawals can reduce net deposits, but do not restore a gross deposit allowance. It also lists loss limits, stake limits, reality checks, session timers, time-outs and self-exclusion. Choose controls around what you can afford to lose, rather than the amount a payment method permits you to transfer.
Can an unused NetBet account incur a fee?
After 12 months without login, clause 17 permits £5 monthly dormancy fees following contact/repayment attempts and at least 30 days’ notice. Deductions cannot make the balance negative. Self-excluded accounts are exempt.
If you are leaving, request the remaining cash and retain the closure confirmation. A routine closure and a gambling self-exclusion serve different purposes. Do not reactivate a self-exclusion to deal with money; ask support to handle the balance and explain the applicable process.
How do you complain about NetBet Casino?
NetBet’s terms name IBAS for unresolved disputes. The Commission lists IBAS as an approved ADR provider covering remote casino disputes; its consumer service is free.
The operator’s complaints process must finish within eight weeks, including internal escalation, or earlier at deadlock. A reasonable information request left unanswered for seven days can justify pausing the clock; it should resume when you respond.
- Send one clear chronology: the disputed amount, transaction or game reference, dates and the outcome you are asking for.
- Ask for a complaint reference and retain the first receipt date. Separate the financial issue from general dissatisfaction with losing.
- Keep the relevant terms, cashier status and support replies together. Redact identifying information in anything shared publicly.
- If unresolved, ask for the final response and the details needed to refer the transaction dispute to IBAS.
