Which CandyLand version does this guide explain?
This is the live game show with a host and a wheel. The original Sweet Bonanza slot and Slingo Sweet Bonanza are separate games: neither supplies the betting rules for CandyLand.
The current supplier page confirms six positions and three bonus games. King Casino’s public game help and Heart Bingo’s GB description name them: 1, 2 and 5, plus Bubble Surprise, Candy Drop and Sweet Spins. Match those six labels in your selected game’s Help before applying this explanation.
There are older descriptions with number 10 and only two bonuses, including Pragmatic Play’s November 2021 launch announcement. That is a different layout. A public page retaining the older description does not establish which build a particular logged-in account receives.
What can you bet on?
| Bet position | What qualifies it | Basic treatment |
|---|---|---|
| 1, 2 or 5 | Your accepted bet matches the final numbered result. | Base odds before any Sugar Bomb multiplier are 1:1, 2:1 and 5:1 respectively; the winning stake is returned as well. |
| Sweet Spins or Candy Drop | You backed that bonus position and the wheel selects it. | The relevant bonus determines the award from that position’s stake. |
| Bubble Surprise | You backed Bubble Surprise and the wheel selects it. | Its outcome supplies an award or entry into another bonus under its rules. |
Sugar Bomb is a wheel feature, not a seventh position to bet on. Place and check the intended amounts during the betting window. Add the accepted bets across all positions and any selected Booster charge to reconcile the complete amount committed. Selecting more positions commits more money.
A bonus shown on screen does not mean every viewer has a qualifying bet. Likewise, a bet on one numbered result does not cover every number. Keep each accepted area and amount in the round record.
How do Sugar Bomb and the 25% Booster work?
A Sugar Bomb result generates a multiplier and a respin. Existing bets remain in place; the public help does not permit new or additional bets during that respin. Consecutive Sugar Bomb multipliers multiply together rather than simply being added.
The optional Sugar Bomb Booster doubles the generated Sugar Bomb multiplier and costs an extra 25% of the total placed across the betting areas. Ordinary qualifying bets can receive a Sugar Bomb multiplier without buying the Booster.
| Hypothetical cost only | Amount |
|---|---|
| Total placed on betting areas | £2.00 |
| Optional 25% Booster charge | £2.00 × 0.25 = £0.50 |
| Full cost with Booster | £2.50 |
This cost calculation is not a boosted payout calculation. The extra charge belongs in the round’s total cost even when no Sugar Bomb appears. A doubled multiplier does not mean every round returns twice as much.
What happens in the three bonuses?
| Feature | What to follow | Common misunderstanding |
|---|---|---|
| Sweet Spins | The described feature starts with ten spins on a six-by-five tumble grid. At least eight matching symbols anywhere form a win; they disappear and new symbols fill the spaces. | The separate live-game feature is not proof that every rule of the original Sweet Bonanza slot transfers to CandyLand. |
| Candy Drop | Choose one of three candies and follow its collected values through the maze. The supplier requires all four jackpot boxes for the jackpot condition. | Your selected candy matters; you do not automatically receive whichever of the three finishes highest. |
| Bubble Surprise | Its five possible outcomes are 5×, 10×, 25×, Candy Drop and Sweet Spins. Entry through Bubble Surprise can lead into another bonus. | A route from Bubble Surprise is different from qualifying through a direct bet on the destination bonus. |
Use the accepted stake on the qualifying area and the actual final settlement. Do not multiply a bonus headline by everything staked across unrelated losing positions. This guide does not assign a universal RTP, maximum win or cash limit to every GB table.
Can a winning number still leave no profit?
Yes. Consider an invented round with £1 on number 1 and £1 on number 2, no other bets, no Sugar Bomb and no Booster. Total cost is £2. If number 1 wins, its £1 bet earns £1 profit and returns its £1 stake. The bet on 2 loses.
| Final numbered result | Total returned | Net against £2 cost |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | £2 from the winning £1 bet | £2 − £2 = £0 |
| 2 | £3 from the winning £1 bet | £3 − £2 = £1 profit |
| 5, with no bet on it | £0 | £0 − £2 = £2 loss |
The examples explain accounting, not which bets to choose. Calculate the net result from the complete credited return minus all accepted stakes and charges. A win message for one position can coexist with a losing overall round.

What should you check if a result is unclear?
- Confirm the exact live title and six-position layout in Help.
- Check accepted bets, the Booster setting and the total amount charged.
- Separate an initial Sugar Bomb spin from the eventual settled result.
- Use History to record the Game ID, qualifying area, bonus route and final credited amount.
- Ask the operator to reconcile a mismatch using that record; a lost internet connection does not by itself prove the bet was cancelled.
Our game-rules guide explains how to match the help to the selected title. A public GB listing does not confirm personal eligibility or availability in your account.
Sources and version limits
Checked 2 November 2026: current Pragmatic Play product description, King Casino public help and Heart Bingo’s GB description. King Casino’s listed operator and domain were matched to the Commission’s account 67098. These are public documents, not an account or gameplay test.
The help has an older parenthetical list that omits Bubble Surprise from the end of a Sugar Bomb chain, despite its full three-bonus table. We do not calculate that specific interaction or a boosted cash settlement. Read the current in-game help for such a result. Older two-bonus descriptions, foreign cash limits and conflicting secondary payout descriptions have not been blended into this explanation.
Related questions
Is CandyLand a slot or a live casino game?
CandyLand is a Pragmatic Play live wheel game show. Its Sweet Spins bonus contains a reel-grid feature, but the overall game is separate from the original Sweet Bonanza slot and Gaming Realms’ Slingo Sweet Bonanza.
Do you need the Booster to receive a Sugar Bomb multiplier?
No. The checked rules allow ordinary qualifying bets to receive the generated Sugar Bomb multiplier. The optional Booster costs 25% extra and doubles that multiplier; it is not a free addition.
Does a tracker tell you what the wheel will land on next?
A record of earlier results describes those rounds. It does not establish the next result or make a bet profitable. This guide explains the game rules and accounting, rather than offering a prediction or live-results service.
