Which Duelz website and licensed activity are verified?

Check made on 2 November 2026FindingWhy it matters
Exact websitewww.duelz.com is listed as Active under SuprPlay Limited.A similar-looking address is not authenticated by that entry.
Casino activityRemote Casino: Active, account 48695; current licence suffix -014.This is the relevant casino permission.
Real-event and virtual-event bettingBoth application/variation rows show Pending.Pending betting is neither an active betting permission nor a suspension of the separate casino activity.
Applicable GB termsVersion 3.1, dated 28 September 2026; SuprPlay Limited, Malta C-74595.The contract prints an older licence suffix -011; use the current Commission record for the live licence version.

Compare the legal company and exact domain, rather than relying on a familiar logo or copying a number from a similarly named page. Our licence-checking guide explains that process.

Are customer balances protected if the operator fails?

The GB terms state that customer money is segregated from operating accounts, but clauses 5.9–5.10 classify it as Not Protected. Do not shorten those statements to “your money is protected because it is separate”. Repayment on insolvency is not guaranteed.

The Commission’s explanation of this category distinguishes segregated money from additional arrangements that protect it on insolvency. An active casino licence and separation of accounts do not make the balance an insured bank deposit. This concerns money still held by the business, not a refund of gambling losses.

Do Instant transfers mean an instant end-to-end withdrawal?

No. The checked payment page says its table lists transfer times after internal processing. It separately says processing may take up to 72 hours. A row labelled Instant therefore does not promise that money arrives immediately after you request it.

Stage or conditionWhat the public documents sayWhat remains uncertain
Internal processingThe payment page allows up to 72 hours before transfer. This is an operator statement, not our measured payout speed or a promise covering every exceptional delay.
Verification and investigationTerms permit identity, payment-ownership and financial checks, and relevant investigations. The actual information request and review duration depend on the account.
Payment route and limitsNormally return to the deposit source; the checked withdrawal rows list £20 minimums.Personal method availability and any request-stage limits need checking.
Ordinary versus conditional feesTable rows show no ordinary method fee, but the terms and notes contain exceptions.A general “no fees” label does not settle a withdrawal before the deposited amount has been staked or a special transfer.

Keep cash, unsettled amounts and bonus balance separate. The terms do not make a balance marked bonus money withdrawable merely because it appears in the account total. Read the applicable bonus conditions and cash ledger; an itemised explanation is more useful than treating every displayed pound as cash.

The withdrawal guide explains how to separate review from the payment transfer. If a delay is disputed, keep the request time, status, method and the operator’s explanation.

When may the 5% or £5 withdrawal fee apply?

Clause 5.8 says the operator may charge a fee if you request a withdrawal before the total staked reaches the deposited amount. If applied, the fee is the greater of 5% of the requested withdrawal amount or £5. This can concern a partly played deposit, not just a wholly untouched one. Other bank or processing charges may also apply, and the terms say withdrawal fees are disclosed before confirmation.

Hypothetical requested withdrawal amount5% of the amountGreater of 5% or £5
£20£1£5
£100£5£5
£200£10£10

These calculations assume the stated condition is met and the operator applies that fee. They illustrate the formula, not the ordinary fee on every withdrawal or a finding that a charge on your account is justified. The payment page also describes separately agreed charges for special manual bank transfers.

Do not place bets just to avoid a charge. Ask for repayment, the exact clause and an itemised fee explanation. If the application is unclear or disputed, use the formal complaint route. Our refund and chargeback guide explains why a disputed fee, a gambling loss and a bank reversal are separate questions.

Does a licence mean every person can open or keep an account?

No. The checked contract permits ongoing identity, payment-ownership and source-of-funds checks, including requests below a stated transaction threshold. Being below £2,000 is not proof that no checks can be requested.

Its GB self-exclusion clause applies across the operator’s UKGC brands. A different brand name under the same service is not a way to avoid that restriction. The GAMSTOP explanation covers the separate multi-operator scheme.

How do you escalate a Duelz GB dispute?

  1. Start with normal support and keep the first complaint date and correspondence.
  2. If unresolved, the GB policy requires the internal dispute in writing by email to support-uk@duelz.com, with Dispute in the subject. Include the issue, relevant dates and evidence, and the outcome sought.
  3. For an eligible unresolved dispute, the policy names eCOGRA, free to GB customers, after eight weeks from the first complaint or earlier if a final position has been issued.

The separate GB procedure was updated 11 June 2026. Its eight-week clock runs from the first complaint, not a fresh eight weeks for each internal escalation. The Commission’s rules also require timely customer cooperation and permit appropriate pauses for failure to engage with reasonable information requests.

ADR assesses whether a gambling-transaction dispute falls within its remit; this route does not promise a refund or replace court rights. Keep accepted stakes or round references where relevant, cash and bonus entries, withdrawal records, requests for documents and the final response. Our unpaid-casino guide explains how to organise that evidence.

What does the current regulatory record establish?

The company actions tab showed no recorded regulatory actions when checked. A bounded search of the Commission’s publications did not establish a specific SuprPlay enforcement decision. Those observations are not proof that no complaint, investigation or action has ever existed in any country.

Use the comparison guide to assess the practical payment, control and support conditions alongside permission. This article supplies no overall safety score or recommendation to deposit.

Sources and limits of this check

Checked 2 November 2026: SuprPlay’s current Commission company, domain and actions records; Duelz GB terms version 3.1 dated 28 September 2026; the linked Payment Information page and GB dispute procedure dated 11 June 2026. Operator documents were read in a browser when ordinary web extraction failed.

No account was opened or tested. We did not play, deposit, withdraw, contact support or verify an offer. This does not confirm personal access, the actual duration of a review or a comprehensive worldwide regulatory history. Similar names and other countries’ terms have not been treated as the checked GB service.

Related questions

Why does the SuprPlay record show Pending betting?

The record has separate activity rows. Its casino activity was Active when checked; the real-event and virtual-event betting applications or variations were Pending. Neither status should be copied to the other activity.

Does Duelz charge no withdrawal fees?

The ordinary payment-table rows show no method fee, but clause 5.8 permits a conditional fee before the deposited amount has been staked. If applied, it is the greater of 5% of the requested withdrawal amount or £5. Check the actual request and ask for the applicable explanation.

Are segregated customer funds the same as guaranteed funds?

No. Duelz’s checked GB contract describes segregation while declaring Not Protected insolvency status. Keep that full statement together; an Active casino permission does not guarantee repayment if the business fails.
