Which Casumo company and website does this check cover?

This guide concerns the GB-facing Casumo online service at casumo.com. The UKGC record names Recro Limited. Its remote casino activity is active, and its declared-domain page lists that hostname as active. The accessible UK withdrawal-policy footer also names Recro and links to account 61549.

A regulator response published under the title “Casumo Services Ltd” also explains that the website is run by Recro Limited. That independent identification is useful when a search result or old document names a different company. It does not establish the ultimate ownership of every company using the brand worldwide.

Before using a link, read the hostname in the address bar and compare the company disclosure with the register. An advert, copied logo or familiar name is not an identity check. Our licence-checking guide explains how to distinguish a business account, permitted activity and declared website.

Why do older Casumo reviews name Casumo Services Limited?

Casumo Services Limited has a separate UKGC account, 39265. Its register shows the remote casino activity surrendered on 3 November 2023. Recro’s current record shows its casino permission starting on 21 December 2023. Those entries identify two legal records and their activity dates.

They do not, by themselves, prove when a particular customer’s agreement transferred, whether an account was migrated, or how a dispute spanning that period should be handled. A brand can continue to appear in older correspondence after the relevant company disclosure changes. Keep the date attached to the document you are reading.

For a historical payment or complaint, collect the terms, account messages and company details that applied to the transaction. Ask the business to identify the counterparty responsible for it if the position is unclear. Do not assume that today’s footer settles responsibility for every past event, or that surrender of the older activity means the currently checked service is unlicensed.

What do Casumo’s past fines and current record mean?

Recro’s regulatory-actions page displayed no recorded actions at this check. That is a dated observation about account 61549, not a complete history of the Casumo brand. The older company’s currently displayed actions page also cannot substitute for dated historical announcements.

Dated primary recordWhat it reportsKeep this distinction
29 November 2018 UKGC announcementA £5.85 million financial penalty for Casumo.A historical case, separate from today’s licence status.
25 March 2021 UKGC announcementA £6 million fine, an official warning and auditing requirements after social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. The announcement is not a current suspension notice for Recro.
23 February 2022 parliamentary answerLists Casumo Services Limited for the 2018 and 2021 penalties. The named legal entity matters when relating history to the current operator.

The parliamentary table dates the 2021 penalty to 3 March and lists £6,005,000; the later UKGC news headline uses £6 million. These are descriptions of that historical case, not two penalties to add together. Likewise, do not treat the 2018 and 2021 announcements as the current licence-check date.

The public-register guidance explains that sanctions and settlements remain on the register for three years after publication. An empty actions page therefore does not establish that no older case exists. Keeping the underlying announcements alongside the current permission gives a more useful account than either ignoring the history or treating it as proof of a present-day ban.

Does Casumo’s licence guarantee a fast withdrawal?

No. The UK withdrawal policy describes a target for approving or declining a request within three days. That is a decision stage, not a promise that the receiving bank will have credited the payment within three days. Method-specific arrival information must be checked separately.

The policy makes payment conditional on cleared deposits, relevant verification and the absence of specified investigations. It normally returns money through the deposit method where possible, to the account holder. It also says additional verification should not stop withdrawal where the information could reasonably have been obtained earlier.

To investigate a delay, distinguish money shown in the casino balance from a request submitted, a request approved and a payment actually sent. Ask support for the current stage, any outstanding requirement and the payment reference. Our withdrawal-timing explanation shows why a review’s “instant” label cannot establish the progress of your own transaction.

What happens to a withdrawal below £10?

Clause 7 states a £3 charge below £10 and no processing charge above £10. Its wording does not expressly resolve a request for exactly £10. Confirm the applicable method and displayed charge before treating that boundary as fee-free.

Illustrative checkAmountMeaning
Requested amount, if this route accepts it£8A hypothetical cash withdrawal, not a confirmed minimum.
Disclosed charge applied in the example£337.5% of the £8 request.
Amount left after that charge£5£8 minus £3, before any separately applicable charges.

The example isolates a fee; it does not assume that every payment route accepts an £8 request. A withdrawal policy mentioning small balances and a cashier’s method-specific minimum answer different questions. Check both rather than depositing more simply because a reviewer lists a higher minimum.

A charge can materially reduce a small balance even when the cash-out technically succeeds. If the displayed fee or available route does not match what you expected, ask for clarification and retain the response. Do not use more gambling as a way to try to reach a different balance or recover the fee.

What should you check about Casumo free spins and game claims?

This licence check does not confirm a current Casumo welcome offer, free-spins code or expiry period. A query mentioning “50 free spins” may concern a dated campaign, a targeted promotion or an account-specific award. Applying today’s general review to that offer can give the wrong answer.

  • Open the terms attached to the actual award in your account or message.
  • Identify the eligible game, spin value and qualifying conditions.
  • Separate the deadline to claim or use spins from any deadline for their winnings.
  • Check which balance receives winnings and any remaining withdrawal conditions.
  • Keep the offer and ask the operator about missing credit through its official account support.

Our free-spins explanation covers these distinctions without certifying a particular live campaign. We have not verified a current sequence of Casumo menu buttons for entering a code, so this guide does not present one as tested. Never install a supposed free-spins hack or share account credentials to receive an award.

A casino licence also does not establish the RTP, available controls or maximum prize of each game. Use the rules supplied with the exact title and configuration. Read a table’s commission or a slot’s payout base before applying a worked example from another version. A large lobby or a review score does not resolve those details.

How should you raise a Casumo account or payment complaint?

The accessible UK policy publishes hey@casumo.com as a contact. For an account issue, use the verified website or established account correspondence, identify it as a complaint when appropriate and ask for the current formal procedure. Send sensitive documents only through the official route the business specifies.

The Gambling Commission’s general process starts with the business and allows eight weeks for resolution. An unresolved qualifying dispute may then go to an ADR provider after that process. We have not verified Casumo’s currently appointed provider from the full GB terms, so do not choose one solely from an older review.

  • State the transaction date, amount and relevant account or round reference.
  • Explain what happened and the specific correction you want.
  • Attach the applicable policy or offer and keep copies of messages.
  • Ask for a complaint reference and the final response or escalation instructions.

A licensing record cannot determine whether a disputed balance is owed. Customer comments can raise useful questions, but neither a positive review nor an accusation resolves the evidence in your case. HowToCasino cannot access a player account, approve a payout or recover money on your behalf.

What did this check establish, and what remains untested?

On 1 November 2026 we read the relevant UKGC activity, domain and actions records; the regulator’s operator-identification response; the historical announcements and parliamentary answer; and the accessible UK withdrawal policy. The main findings are the current Recro identity, the separate older company history and the distinction between payout approval and receipt.

The GB homepage redirected our research access to a region-restriction page. The withdrawal-policy text and its Recro footer were readable, while the general-terms page exposed its footer without the full clauses. We have therefore not established the current customer-funds protection category, a full contractual complaint procedure, or current promotional eligibility from those inaccessible clauses.

Before leaving money in an account, read its current funds disclosure and the terms applying to you. Do not infer an insolvency guarantee from the word “licensed”, or a personal payout deadline from the policy’s general target. No deposit, bonus activation, support-response test or technical game audit was performed for this guide.

Related questions

Which company operates Casumo for Great Britain now?

Our 1 November 2026 check identifies Recro Limited, UKGC account 61549, with casumo.com listed as active. This identifies the checked GB licensee; it does not establish ultimate ownership of the entire international brand.

Does the old Casumo Services licence mean Casumo is now unlicensed?

No. The older company’s casino activity on account 39265 is surrendered, while Recro’s separate casino activity is active at this check. Keep a historical transaction’s company details and date; the register entries alone do not establish an individual account-transfer date.

Were the older Casumo fines issued to Recro Limited?

The historical parliamentary record names Casumo Services Limited for the 2018 and 2021 penalties. Recro’s current actions page displayed no recorded actions when checked. This distinction does not erase the historical findings or guarantee future conduct.

Does approval within three days mean money must reach my bank in three days?

No. A withdrawal decision and receipt by the payment provider are separate stages. Ask whether a request is awaiting review, approved or sent, then check the relevant method’s arrival information. We have not tested a Casumo payout.

How long do I have to use Casumo’s 50 free spins?

No current universal expiry for that wording was established. Read the dated terms attached to your specific award and distinguish claiming spins, using them and meeting any conditions on winnings. This guide does not certify a live 50-spin campaign.

Can HowToCasino solve a Casumo withdrawal dispute?

No. Raise the issue with the operator, keep the evidence and follow its formal complaints procedure. The general UKGC route allows eight weeks for resolution before an unresolved qualifying dispute may be escalated to ADR; check the currently named provider.
