Is Kong Casino the same thing as King Kong Cash?

Kong Casino is the service at kongcasino.com. Its terms name Jumpman Gaming Limited as the contractual operator; the Commission’s current register lists the domain as White Label under account 39175 and the company’s Remote Casino activity as Active. This verifies the exact operator, activity and domain association.

King Kong Cash is a slot game covered in our separate feature guide. A search result about that game, or a promotion offered by another casino for playing it, does not establish Kong Casino’s rules. If the game is what you meant, use the King Kong Cash guide.

Kong’s own homepage advertises slots, Slingo, table games and live casino, but gives differing catalogue totals, including over 900 and over 1,500 games. Its welcome page also refers to over 500 slots. We have not counted or launched the games. These public descriptions do not establish a precise current catalogue or availability of a particular table.

Why can a bonus balance differ from withdrawable money?

Kong displays Real Money and Bonus Funds separately. Under Bonus Policy 1.8, Real Money pays for a stake first; Bonus Funds are used only when the real balance is insufficient. Clause 1.7 says only eligible bonus-funded wagering counts towards a 10x target. Spending your cash therefore does not clear that target.

For example, assume £10 of original Bonus Funds carries 10x wagering, with no previous outstanding target. The eligible bonus-wager target is £10 × 10 = £100. The following separate hypothetical wager starts with £3 of Real Money and enough Bonus Funds to cover the rest of a £5 stake; the game returns £20 in total, including any returned stake.

Part of this wagerShare of the £5 stakeAllocation of the £20 return
Real Money£3 ÷ £5 = 60%£20 × 60% = £12 to Real Money.
Bonus Funds£2 ÷ £5 = 40%£20 × 40% = £8 to the restricted Bonus balance.

Only the £2 bonus-funded part advances the £100 bonus target; the £3 cash-funded part does not. If this were the first eligible wager, £98 would remain. The £8 bonus return is still restricted and does not mean £8 of the target has been completed. With no return from the game, neither balance receives winnings and the £2 eligible stake still counts. This is an illustration of the published allocation rules, not a strategy or a prediction of a return.

If all £5 had come from Real Money, none would count towards bonus wagering. If all £5 had come from Bonus Funds on an eligible game, all £5 would count and its return would stay in the Bonus balance. These differences explain why the amount staked, the amount won and the amount withdrawable cannot be used interchangeably.

The policy permits you to withdraw Real Money before finishing bonus wagering, subject to banking and required checks. Doing so cancels the active bonus, restricted bonus winnings and associated outstanding benefits; the site says it warns you before confirmation. You do not have to continue gambling your own money merely to finish a bonus target. Our wagering explanation covers the distinction.

How much bonus money can become cash?

For an account that has deposited, clause 1.11 converts the lowest of the eligible Bonus balance left after wagering, lifetime deposits and £250, subject to any lower specific promotion limit. Any excess is permanently removed. These examples assume the wagering is complete and no lower offer limit applies.

Eligible Bonus balance remainingLifetime depositsConverted to Real Money
£80£50£50; the other £30 is removed.
£80£500£80; the remaining balance is the lowest figure.
£400£500£250; the other £150 is removed.
£0£50£0; completing a target does not create winnings.

The general no-deposit conversion limit is the lower of the remaining eligible Bonus balance and £50. Neither that clause nor a mention of card-registration Free Spins proves that a no-deposit offer is available to a particular account. Bonus Funds and pending offers also expire after three consecutive inactive days unless the specific terms say otherwise.

Bonus Funds are restricted to eligible games. The general exclusions include blackjack, roulette, bingo, table games, live casino and progressive jackpots unless the specific promotion expressly says otherwise. Kong’s Bonus Enabled Games page is a separate eligibility list; it should not be treated as the total casino catalogue.

What do Kong’s welcome and cashback pages actually promise?

The welcome headline describes a 50% first-deposit match up to £100, with a £10 minimum fund and 10x Bonus wagering. However, its own policy bullet also says £200 max total bonus, and the homepage has a lower paragraph describing a 100% offer. These statements conflict. We do not treat the larger figure as an available reward or assume which version an account will receive. Obtain the applicable offer and its terms before accepting it.

The separate Weekly Cashback page describes 5% of eligible slots net spend, calculated as Real Cash Bets minus Wins minus Rewards, for Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 UTC. It states a £0.10 minimum cashback and payment as Real Money without wagering requirements. It is therefore based on eligible play, rather than the amount deposited.

For a hypothetical eligible week with £200 of real-cash slot bets, £150 of returns and £10 of rewards, the stated base is £200 − £150 − £10 = £40; 5% is £2. A £200 deposit alone cannot establish that result. If bets, returns and rewards leave no positive net spend, this calculation does not create a positive cashback award. The page does not explain rounding or precisely which credits count as Rewards, so we do not extend the example into a method for reconstructing an actual account award.

The cashback headline says automatic, but the full terms require a successful login after an offer message. They also make awards discretionary, allow restriction or removal during review, and exclude entitlement where the account is closed, timed out, self-excluded, blocked or otherwise inaccessible before claiming. The promotion may be changed or withdrawn. Do not keep an account open or continue playing to pursue it. Our cashback guide explains why a conditional rebate is different from protection against losses.

Which methods can send money back, and how long can it take?

The Banking Policy lists Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Paysafecard, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Neteller and Skrill for deposits, in GBP, with a general £10 minimum. The public text does not establish separate deposit minima for each method. Methods must be owned by and in the name of the registered customer.

Payment routeDocumented directionsImportant limit
Registered debit cardsDeposit list plus explicit permission to pay withdrawals to registered cards. No individual GBP deposit minimum verified.
PayPalKong’s homepage explicitly describes deposits and withdrawals to the same PayPal account. This documents the route; it is not a measured payout time.
Skrill, Neteller and PaysafecardDeposits explicitly listed.Separate withdrawal support is not established by the checked wording.
Pay by MobileDeposits explicitly listed; withdrawals expressly excluded.A withdrawal made on a phone still needs another supported destination.

The £2.50 deposit-fee sentence is within the Pay by Mobile list entry, rather than a withdrawal-fee clause. We have not substantiated a blanket £2.50 charge on every cash-out. Establish the fee for the payment method shown before confirming a deposit; the list’s wording is not a complete method-by-method fee schedule.

For withdrawals, the FAQ’s few-hours statement applies to verified accounts without regulatory review. The contract says verified pending requests are processed within 24 hours, while payment after the pending period can take 1–5 working days. Document review may take three working days under the FAQ, and regulatory or payment-provider issues may delay a request. These are conditional published statements, not a guaranteed combined deadline or a tested method-specific speed.

The contract does not state a numerical withdrawal minimum or a separate small-balance exception. It instead describes withdrawal of the full Real Money balance subject to its checks. If a balance cannot be requested through the displayed option, ask support how it can be returned; do not assume another deposit is required. The withdrawal-delay guide helps distinguish a pending check from money already sent.

How are customer funds and regulatory history described?

Kong’s directly retrieved contract, marked last updated 16 October 2026, describes a formal trust account legally and practically separate from Jumpman’s affairs, controlled by an independent trustee. It states High Protection. This differs from older search-extracted copies describing Not Protected, which are not the current contract wording used here.

The category is the operator’s assessment under the Commission’s disclosure system, rather than an endorsement of this account or a payout guarantee. It concerns customer money in insolvency, not insurance against gambling losses. We have not inspected the trust arrangement itself.

The current account’s regulatory-actions page says no actions have been recorded. The Commission nevertheless retains a news release dated 17 May 2022 reporting Jumpman’s £500,000 regulatory settlement following social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. That is an operator-level historical settlement, rather than a current licence suspension or a finding about an individual Kong payment.

What if you stop playing or need the account blocked?

After 365 consecutive days without a login, the contract says it sends prior notice, treats the account as inactive and suspends any remaining Real Money balance. It deducts £5 every 30 days until the balance is exhausted or restored through reactivation. You can ask for the remaining balance to be restored, potentially after identity checks. This is separate from the three-day bonus inactivity rule.

Ordinary account closure is reversible, is scheduled 72 hours after support confirms submission, and is cancelled by logging in during that period. It is not the gambling-control option. Take a Break is brand-specific; self-exclusion lasts at least six months and the contract says it applies to Jumpman accounts within 24 hours. The site also states it is integrated with GAMSTOP.

For GB customers, the terms describe gross deposit limits, so withdrawals do not increase the remaining deposit allowance. Limits can apply across identified accounts on participating Jumpman sites. A sister brand does not provide a route around an exclusion or a limit. You can use the on-site gambling-control tools while verification is in progress.

How do you challenge a disputed withdrawal or reward?

Use complaints@jumpmangaming.com and keep one clear record of the complaint, including dates, payment references, balance breakdown and the exact offer or clause at issue. The contract says complaints should be submitted within six months; the FAQ says three months. Raise the issue promptly, retain both statements and ask for the applicable rule if that conflict affects your case.

The contract names eCOGRA for UK Alternative Dispute Resolution, free of charge, following deadlock or no satisfactory resolution within eight weeks of the complaint. Although another contract sentence starts an investigation target from receipt of all requested information, the Commission’s guidance starts the overall period at first receipt. Justified pauses may apply where a customer fails to engage promptly; it is not an automatic new eight-week period after every document request.

The FAQ lists live chat from 6am to 9pm BST seven days a week and an email response aim of two business days. The published BST label is retained here rather than silently converted into a winter GMT promise. We have not contacted the team or tested its availability.

This review is based on public documents and the register checked on 3 November 2026. We did not create an account, play games, claim a reward or test a deposit, withdrawal, app or support interaction. A public review score is not used as proof that a particular complaint or payment succeeded or failed.

Is Kong Casino licensed in Great Britain?

Kongcasino.com was listed as a White Label domain under Jumpman Gaming Limited, UKGC account 39175, whose Remote Casino activity was Active on 3 November 2026. That establishes the checked regulatory association, rather than a guarantee of individual payments.

Does cash wagering clear the Kong Casino bonus requirement?

No. The general Bonus Policy counts eligible bonus-funded wagering. Real Money is spent first, and a mixed stake allocates the resulting return between real and bonus balances in the same proportions as the stake.

Can I withdraw before completing the bonus wagering?

The policy allows a Real Money withdrawal subject to banking and required checks. Confirming it before the target is complete cancels the active bonus, restricted bonus winnings and associated outstanding promotional benefits.

Is Kong cashback 5% of my deposit?

No. The published calculation is based on eligible real-cash slot bets minus wins and rewards over the specified UTC week. Awards have a £0.10 minimum and remain subject to discretionary eligibility and the full claiming terms.
